I appreciated the very thorough job two different men from Fox presented to me! One regarding the results of checking out our furnace and his thorough options to look at. Our furnace is 30 years old! Then later found the next man very thorough in sharing all the options available for us regarding a furnace replacement! They weren't pushy, but did a great job of assessing my needs and what would potentially be a best fit for our household.
Wonderful, thorough assessments and great providing explanations I was able to understand!

Fox deserves the great customer ratings that I have seen here. They have the best customer communications I have ever encountered. They called me early in the day to approximate the arrival time. They sent me an email and text message with a link to information about Noah C***** (including photo so I would recognize him when he arrived), who came to do my repairs. I received a phone call from Noah 30 minutes before he arrived to confirm he was on the way. From arrival to departure, Noah was professional and thorough. It is such a relief to find a company that is reliable and communicates. I signed up for their service plan because I want to continue to connected to such a well-run operation. 5 starsExcellent company. Always come quickly. They are all very knowledgeable. Had a part replaced two months ago and it wasn't working again. Came out replaced the part again and spent a long time here checking everything else out and there was no charge. I would highly recommend them.
