Every person we have had from Fox have been great. Unfortunately our 31 year old furace has packed it in . They are bringing us heaters to stay warm until they will replace everything on Wednesday. Always very pleasant people and always come on the day when you need them. Great service. Would always reccomend the Fox company~!

Alonso was awesome. Found the culprit quickly and showed me options to fix it. I passed on the duct cleaning for now, but he fixed it up and had my furnace running in less than 2 hours.

I have had Fox plumbing, electrical, plumbing company here in Vernon do work on our home a few times now recently and am highly impressed with their high work ethics, timely arrivals, professionalism, and knowledge! 1 starcontacted this company one it was recommended on ****** and two they were able to arrive in a timely fashion to assist on my rental property
The issue was a clogged toilet. On the first visit they charged me $167 to snake the toilet and told me the clog has been dealt with and advised me that they flushed it multiple times and recorded a video. one day later the toilet was clogged again
On the second visit they charged me $877 to remove the toilet and snake 35' in the plumbing then reinstall the toilet with a new wax seal one hour later the toilet was clogged again
The next day I went to the property and had a look saw the flush was very weak and draining slowly then diagnosed that there must still be a blockage within the toilet and addressed the problem accordingly.
My main concern with this company is they try and offer services that you do not need. Like telling me I require a new hot water tank. Funny thing I just installed one last month. And then telling me that I need a new toilet instead of fixing the problem to begin with.
I would not recommend doing business with this company after the experience I had with them. paying them over $1000 to not solve the issue my tenants were having is outrageousReview fromKaren B
