************ was awesome, he came and was completely straight up with me, I didnt feel pressured or upsold for anything, he walked me through everything he was doing as he was doing it. Just an amazing guy all around. Fox plumbing you got one h*** of a guy working for you. He is really giving fox plumbing a good name. I will be using them in the future just because of Kalens customer service. Outstanding

My elderly mother called *** to investigate a potential shower leak at her home in *********They didn't fix that but found $5,000 worth of other work.No written paper estimate provide or pre-approved, exorbitant prices, no individual line item prices, bogus service plan tacked on. pressure tactics, took advantage of an elderly woman. They eventually refunded the service plan but no relief on the other unauthorized, unnecessary and overcharged work.Beware of this company and their tactics.Fox Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical
