Dawn serviced our gas fireplace and gas oven recently. She was extremely professional, pleasant and took the time to do an absolutely thorough job as well as explain any matters we should be aware of for the future. Her helpful tips were much appreciated!

HomeWise Plumbing has responded promptly and effectively to work we've had to have done in our own condo unit *** **** ****** **** *** ***** **** *** ************** ** **** ** *** ********** They repaired a failed copper cold water supply line in our ceiling, seemingly able to anticipate where the actual leak was through the yet un-holed ceiling. Right on the money. Spliced in a replacement section of pipe and all good. Except the gyproc and trim. Ah, leaks.
Most recently they attended and cleaned out a slow shower drain. That drain had been slow since we bought the unit and had always had me wondering what was really going on with it. The plumber spent some rewarding time rooting out the cause of the partial blockage. Didn't give up early and worked to free it for longer than I'd expected. Time well spent. That shower now runs as free as I would have wanted it to all along. Bonus that nearby sinks now drain better too. Shared connection? Very good job, persistence in clearing the blockage then led to a big improvement all around. Very good job.HomeWise Plumbing & Drainage Services Ltd.

5 starsI have been working with Dave and his company for about 5 years. They have seen us through care of my elderly parent's home and then preparing it for sale - replacement of aging and failing fixtures, emergency repairs, advice on wells and storage tanks, storm drain repair, septic tank and system checks... you name it we've done it, and we got to know each other well over many visits! Their advice and work has always been sound, and their customer service is exemplary - from the first call for help to the final billing. This long over-due review is prompted by by an emergency pump filter breakage late on a Friday summer morning, with 11 family members spanning three generations in the house, and more family arriving on Monday... Dave had repairs done by mid-afternoon, and all was well (yet again!)...
From the first call to final billing, I cannot say enough about the customer service and responsiveness of Dave and his team. (And for readers in Victoria, friends of mine that I have recommended them to have also been very pleased.)
