I would like to review two people at your Nanaimo office. Firstly, Evelyn who came to talk to us regarding us purchasing two new blinds. She was very professional, obviously new the product well that she was selling and spent a lot of time here with us.
Secondly Denis who came to install the chosen blinds who once he was finally happy with the installation took time to ensure that we knew how to operate them.
I am delighted that Ruffell & Brown decided to open a showroom in Nanaimo and be assured we will be looking to use your company again in the future.

I started using Ruffell & Brown in 2000 when I bought my home. I had the house completely renovated so new window blinds were a must. We recently had skylight blinds installed after several years of thinking 'we really have to do something about how they heat up the house' in the hotter summers we've been experiencing.
Cheryl K. brought her years of window-covering knowledge along with sample books and suggestions and when I thought all was lost when a wedge would be needed for our older skylights for the blinds to fit, the installer Bill R. very kindly stepped in to arrange to have them made and Cheryl painted them to match the blinds!
I really can't say enough about how pleased I am with the product but mostly with the service and kindness of Cheryl and Bill. Have no hesitation in recommending them and Ruffell & Brown to anyone looking for window coverings.Ruffell & Brown Window Fashions

In the last year I have had the opportunity to work Cheryl Kellett of Ruffell & Brown Window Coverings Centre on two separate residential custom drapery projects. Cheryl was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous from start to finish. She patiently guided me through the extensive display of window coverings, fabric swatches and support apparatus. At my convenience, she came to my home where she was very exact in making sure that the configurations of all the elements were correct. Cheryl also sent me regular progress reports as the drapery projects took shape. Finally, the window coverings were installed perfectly by two other members of the R&B staff. Their workmanship and the product's quality were outstanding. The results exceeded my expectations each time and I plan on returning to R&B and working with Cheryl on more window dressing projects in the near future. Well done!Ruffell & Brown Window Fashions

We are very pleased with our experience with Ruffell & Brown. From the start, we had a very thorough home consultation with Janine, to expert installation and training by Bill and Adrian. Our expectations were exceeded. Communication with the office was easy, and what could have been complex was made simple. Our window coverings are installed and we are very happy with the results. 5 starsI am very pleased with my new blinds and the service I received from Ruffell & Brown. This is the second house that they have installed blinds for me.
I really like the advice Jason provided when he came to my house to take the measurements. It made making the final decisions much easier.
After my blinds were installed, Bill noticed that the colours of some of the adjacent blinds were slightly different and the stripes didn't line up properly. This was a result of the way they were manufactured. He said that he wasn't happy with them and he was going to get them replaced by the manufacturer. I hadn't even noticed the differences!
It is this attention to detail that makes them outstanding.
