      What a great experience it was to find the perfect window coverings for my home. From the first moment Janine contacted me, I felt confident that I had come to the right place at Ruffell & Brown. Janine was friendly, knowledgeable, and with her expertise, took the time to listen and then help me find the right product that suited my lifestyle and the space I had. I never felt rushed. I had ample time to keep the samples. She measured perfectly, kept in contact with me throughout the process and went above and beyond to get my blinds installed before Christmas. Tyler was an excellent installer, quick but thorough, friendly, and explained the blind functions very well. Thank you so much, Janine and Tyler and Ruffell & Brown! I am thrilled!

      We selected Ruffell & Brown after a recommendation from friends. We were interested in a Hunter Douglas product which is a major supplier to Rufflell & Brown. Gail was assigned to us and proved to be very knowledgeable in their products. She listened to what we were interested in, provided recommendations, took precise measurements and provided us a quote. Interestingly enough her quote was substantially less than a competitor for exactly the same product. We would highly recommend Ruffell & Brown for any and all window coverings.

      Excellent experience overall. Janine's knowledge of the various options for blinds was amazing and so helpful. She was great to work with. Bill, the person who installed the blinds, was also very professional and helpful, making sure I understood how to operate the various wands for raising and lowering the blinds. Both Janine and Bill were a pleasure to work with.

      Janine was the perfect person to see our wooden blinds project through to completion. She is so knowledgeable about the product and the whole process, she could see that even with the little irregularities with our windows, that it would be a successful install - and it was! Bill, the installer, was absolutely amazing, too, so much experience to offer and so quick and efficient. Both of them were a delight to work with: cheerful, helpful and totally professional.
