5 starsGreat experience dealing with Pacific View. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them, from first contact, right throughout the installation. The installer, Garriett was meticulous, thoughtful, and consultative where there were choices to be made. The two principals, Blair and Rick, set the tone with us from the outset, and their employees whom we’ve met, Halla and Garriett, followed through in the same vein, which we certainly appreciated as customers. 5 starsFrom the initial consultation and quote, until the final work was completed, we felt like a valued customer. We had to replace very old wood French doors that were not standard size. They company was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us to go with higher priced options. The crew spent two days perfecting the challenging installation, and left the place cleaned. 4 starsWe had 5 windows replaced by Pacific View Windows and overall we are are quite happy with them. The windows themselves look great, and the installers were polite and professional. I would give 5 stars, but we did have to wait a while between ordering the windows and the final installation. However, lead times for any reno work these days are like that, and I would still recommend this company to others.Review fromJohn F

5 starsInstallation of Sundeck Cover:
Ordered a aluminum deck roof, our south facing deck gets extremely hot in the summer and often not usable, this will now provide shade in the summer when the sun is high and still allow light and sun to shine in during the winter. Allowing use in the spring and fall, and keeping us dry while BBQing all year.
Parts took a while to come in like anything else these days so give yourself a few months minimum for parts to arrive and then a few weeks to a month for install arranging.
The install only took a day and a half total with three men working on it, Blair and his crew are friendly, hardworking, precise with their measuring and they work all day without breaks, something you don’t see often these days. Please allow them a washroom to use as lately they are hard to find and it wastes a lot of time driving to look for one delaying your installation timeframe.
The finished product looks great, handles the snow and wind as they design it for your area and snow load. Quotes were par with the other few companies that do this and they stand by their work. A quick hello to Mike and his colleague who brought a little humour to the day in the cold while sparing a little time to chat with me when finishing up the project.
