      Horrible company to work with. Had an appointment for 8am and then received a call that no technician “showed” up for work and they would have to reschedule. When new technician arrived late he was unprepared and definitely did not have his ticket as he had to keep calling back to the office and video chatting for information on what he was doing. Then after pre paying over the phone twice to get them to do the work. He didn’t even have his proper equipment so he had to leave to drive 1.5 hours on my time to get the part. No one compensated me for my loss of working income for the day! Instead they sent me a bill for a remaining $180 from an over $900 bill that I paid for and while I was trying to dispute it they sent the bill to a collections company. They should be investigated!!!! Horrible
