  We had our kitchen renovations done by flawless renovations.
  We could not be happier with the results. The scope of the job was to remove a wall and a full kitchen renovation.
  Along the way we added floor replacement as well.
  They were always available when issues arose or to discuss timelines.
  They stuck to the quoted costs and advised when items were extras.
  Jory and Paul and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with.

  Great job on my basement drywall work and backsplash installations. I found Jory to be prompt with communication, pricing and timelines. He and Paul did a great job and we were very happy with their work.

  Flawless framed my basement ceiling and moved a wall for me.
  Jory asked for picture of the work to be done. I sent him pics and he provided me with a rough ballpark estimate. I needed all the ductwork in the ceiling framed in and I needed a wall to be moved over because the previous contractor messed it up.
  He then came down 1 week prior to starting the job to view the space and provided a more accurate estimate that was within $*** of the original estimate.
  He estimated 3 days to do the work but was done in 2 days. When he was done he reviewed all the work with me and told me if I noticed any flaws later I could call him back. He did a great job cleaning up too. I'm going to use him to install a dropped ceiling as well.

  Flawless did some work in our basement bathroom and installed pocket door. Also cut and installed new baseboards for the entire lower level.
  Price was competitive and the work was very well done. Timely, clean and competed quickly.
  We also had them come do an estimate for some work at our cottage. Although we did not proceed with the work, the estimate was done quickly and without any issue or pressure.
  Very good company and will absolutely use them again.

  Flawless did a framing/insulation/drywall job for us. We weren’t sticky about a timeline because it was for the basement and was not urgently needed. Jory was always professional and was accommodating- for example, he did not charge us extra for a last minute change that required him to open a wall and close it back up for another contractor working on a separate issue. Jory kept in contact via text and there weren’t any problems or surprises. Price was very good and the results are what was expected. They left the basement clean and free of garbage. We would hire Flawless again if needed in the future.
