We had our furnace, A/C and smart thermostat replaced by Weather Tech last week! Josh (team leader), Luke and Kevin did an amazing job of the installation! They were extremely professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable! They kept us informed of their progress during the entire day and did an excellent job of cleaning up, leaving virtually no trace of their having been there at all, except for the new Lennox equipment! My dealings with owner Steve and front office manager, Joelle were also great. We received all that we had been promised in terms of product and service from Steve and Joelle took care of all the scheduling, documentation and communication matters very efficiently. We could not have asked for a better experience.

5 starsWe had a recommendation for Weather Tech from a friend and were extremely happy with the service and products. Steve gave us good detailed information to help choose a new furnace and air conditioner. The office staff were very helpful in booking us in at the earliest available data, and the crew that came out to do our installation were professional and friendly. 5 starsRecently had a new Lennox AC unit installed by WeatherTech. Quotes, scheduling, and timelines were reasonable. Josh and Jesse, who performed the work, explained everything during the install, ie, what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what each piece of the equipment did, etc. They were very pleasant and polite. 5 starsWe recently had a brand new Lennox home comfort system installed by them. The techs Gregg, Josh and Jesse were amazing to work with. The company took great care to ensure we were 100% satisfied with the work and product. Though we had a few speed bumps with the manufacturer, Weather Tech was there to support us at every step. 5 starsWe recently (July 4) had our gas furnace and gas hot water tank replaced by Weather Tech and were very happy with the service and installation. Josh and Luke arrived first to advise us as to how the job would proceed and more guys came over later to assist. They were courteous, efficient and didn't leave a big mess behind. Josh explained everything that they had done when the job was completed and how the new equipment works. He answered all our questions and even came back a few days later to install an additional heat run for our kitchen.

4 starsThe staff was really friendly and professional. Right from the first call to book an appointment to the final install great customer service. The install for my air conditioner took a little longer than expected but the work was excellent! They took away all garbage and the work was well done!
