    Valley Fiber has the worst customer service bar none! There’s been a cable laying on my front lawn for months and they can’t or won’t tell me when the job will be completed! There’s absolutely no timeline when this will be taken care of. I told the person on the phone that there’s a danger the cable could be cut by my lawnmower and she said that I could be fined! I could also trip and fall because of it! I asked to speak to a manager and she said the manager wouldn’t be able to help me either! ** ***** ***** ** ******** **** *****

    I have never had such a frustrating experience with a company I never even agreed to sign up with. I asked Valley Fibre simply to request information. I was very clear that I was not committing to anything—yet somehow, without my consent, an installation was scheduled at my address.
    Since then, I’ve been bombarded with emails and phone calls, and when my husband tried to cancel it, he was told he wasn’t authorized—even though I NEVER authorized any of this in the first place. Now they want me to jump through hoops to cancel something I never agreed to? Absolutely outrageous.
    This is a clear example of pushy, misleading sales tactics and total disrespect for customer consent. I feel harassed, ignored, and completely misled. The entire experience has been enough to ensure I will never consider Valley Fibre as a provider *** **** **** ****** ** **** *** *****  They’ve shown zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for boundaries.     The service install was botched. The internet service was not acceptable.
    The installer had to return to the house and fix numerous issues.
    Not till later in the month was the internet service was acceptable yet we were charged for the full month.

    Vallley fiber came to my home to install some of there hardware and at time told them I was not able to start service with them installer at time told me this was not a problem and to just call office to delay service. As I have done this they then told me this was not an option but would do this for a fee, told them this was an unfair practice and then told me that since they activated the service I was now in a contract with them. I said at this time that this was an unfair practice and they said you can cancel the contract for a fee of over $*** dollars.     I cancelled my service on Nov 8, 2024. Unfortunately they did not cancel my automatic payment which went out on the 13th. They requested that I bring back my equipment or send it in by mail. Because of the postal strike I brought it in Nov 22, 2024. I have called back several times to find out when I would be refunded the payment they took out by mistake. All I get is the run around. They say the equipment is waiting to be checked out. They say the invoicing department is looking into it. Today I called again, and heard all the same excuses. They have had my money for almost a month.

    * **** * ******* ***** ** ***** ** VF was going door to door in our area 2 years ago with packages for internet / TV. I emailed and sighed up for one of the packages. 2 years later they finally run the line down my road and I get hooked up. (i will give them credit as the internet speed is fantastic compared to our previous satellite provider). Once I received the first invoice, I noticed the package they invoiced me for and the cost, was quite a bit higher than what i had originally signed up for. After numerous emails and phone calls, I have now received a few more invoices and a credit, which are all wrong!!! Once person agrees with me, the next one doesn't, they send an updated invoice or credit and still wrong. Soooooo frustrating to deal with. I should have gone with *********

    I finally resolved the issues below after 2 months of communications. Now VF has sent an invoice with price increases even though I have a fixed pricing contract. I have advised I am cancelling their services effective immediatley.
    Nov 2023
    I have tried communicating with VF Billing and several staff from VF Customer Service but I have been unable resolve the following issues:
    1. My contract with VF stipulates I ordered the Premium bundle which includes 300/300 internet, TV with 140 channels and a phone for a cost of *****5. Installation was free with early signing. *** ******** *** ** ******* ******* *********** * *** *.
    2. On October 30, VF installed the internet and TV packages. I do not have the phone installed yet. But it appears I am being charged for the phone. *** ********** *.
    3. The Premium Bundle was to come with a free access point. It is not clear that I have this installed.
    4. There is a $***** discount noted on the invoice from VF. There is no mention of a discount other than free installation, in my contract.
    I have received four VF invoices in total. ***** *** ********. None of these are in compliance with my contract pricing. There was no explanation given as to why we received four invoices.
    According to my contract I should be charged $****** for the Premium Bundle: 300/300 internet, 140 TV channels and a phone, plus we added Crave at a cost of $***** (minus the phone which we do not have). (The contract states $****** but that includes an extra set box that was not required.)

    They are harassing me what I agreed to was to look at what they were offering as a service in ***** ******* ** now they are continuously send me e mails about signing up for their service.
    I have emailed them three times and phoned and talked to a representative twice, who said they would take me off their list.
    I don’t want their service!!!!!
