    ****** ***** *** ** *************** Scheduling blamed customer care, customer care blamed support, support blamed billing, and billing blamed scheduling. No one cares, no one helps and when you ask for a level 2 or a manager they always say there is no managers working and it's not up to them to return phone calls. they email you and say the ticket is closed, but it's not. you reply back, and still nothing from anyone.

    I'm with Valley Fiber and I have no internet now for 2 days. The problem I have they don't communicate why or long it is going to take. I was set to at a price and they changed it with 2 months and now it is 15 dollars more.

    I signed a contract with Valley Fiber months/years ago while waiting for their service to be installed. (Late 2022) now (spring 2024) I am still not hooked up, but their prices have jumped considerably! **** * ******* *** **** ** ********** *** ****** ******* *** * ******* ** ****** **** **** ****** ** ******** *** ****** ******* *** ***** ** ******** ***** ** ******* **** **** ******* ** **** ******* ******* ******! Very upset! ??

    We hooked up to Valley Fibre in March at a promised price of ***** per month. Our first bill was ****** next month was ****** next month was ****** No warning No reason. When we went to disconnect their service they are now charging ****** to get out of a contract that I never saw. I have been trying to resolve this problem for over 2 months. I had to ask for a contract to be emailed to me and there I see if you’re not happy you will be charged *** dollars to close your account.
    ** ** ******* ********* *** ******** *********. And I live in a small community and everyone is paying a different price and yes for the same thing. Internet same speed

    My name is André, I have signed a contract with Valley Fiber on February 22, 2022. I lived in the RM of De Salaberry. I am still not connected. I have called numerous time (in the time of one year and 8 months) and I am not connected yet. Every time I called customer services, the agent read from her/his screen and answer with vague generalities. No time line, and I am facing a black hole. The agent will not even give you the supervisor name - so you can bring your issue directly with that person. **** ********* ********

    Excellent internet provider. Finally I get the speeds I was promised and don't have to worry about internet issues during online classes.
