    We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland , and within 43, 000 km our rear tires had inner wear . ******* ********* *******. My wife took in to their shop *** **** **** * ** ***** **** **** ** ***** *** *** **** **** ***** ****. My wife called me, * ****** *** ** **** *** at this time I was out of town. I talked to the manager Chris and he Said to me " our technicians found nothing wrong". But I stated that is weird on how two tires would wear like that.
    I asked him to ensure that there was nothing wrong with suspension, *** or anything else to cause this issue.
    He called me back and stated again , "we found nothing wrong" this is where they agreed to pay for two tires as we needed to change all four tires. ** ***** *** ***** ** ****** **** ******* * we had tires placed on.
    we later required to return to the shop around 73, 000 as it was occurring again with shaking, here the shop said it was do to gravel on the wheel wells. ******* **** I *** ***** *** ** **** *** **** **** ********* ** ** *****
    I had bought another set of tires *** ***** ******* ********** ** ***** ***** ** *** ******* * this is where we found that the tires were wearing unevenly , over weighted on the rims. Gauthier placed 5 weights on one rim and then 4 weights on the other rim *** **** **** *** *** **** **** ****** *** ******* **** ***** ****** ******** ** *** ***** ********* *** *** **** ** ******** * ******** ********* ***** **** ** ********** ****** *** **** ********** ***** ** *** *** ***** ** ***** *** ***** **** *** ** ***** *** ****** *** ******* ***** **** *** **** ********** **** *** *** ***** * ******** ***** ** **** **** **** ******** ******** ** ******* **** *** * **** *** ** * *** ** *** **** ******** **** *** ***

    We first looked at your vehicle for a shaking from the rear of the vehicle at highway speeds on May 23/2023 at 38,408kms, it is recorded on the work order that the both rear tires were at 2/32 along with the drivers rear tire was separated. There was no indication of abnormal tire wear. Both front tires still had good tread on them but we recommended four tires due to it being a four-wheel drive vehicle and a difference in tire diameter between front and rear axles can cause damage to drive line components. The dealership offered a one-time goodwill coverage on two tires to help limit the cost to you.
    The vehicle returned to us February 15/2024 at 67,705kms for a different concern that the rear tires were wearing abnormally, there was no concern noted on the repair order for a shaking concern as noted in your complaint. We did find all four tires are wearing slightly more on the inside of the tread. We performed a suspension check and found no loose or worn parts in the front or rear suspension. After that we performed a complimentary wheel alignment, tire rotation and balanced all four tires. We did have a conversation about the vehicle in my office. At this time, you and I spoke about the tire issue and we discussed having the vehicle return to us within a short period (I think it was 1,000kms) for us to recheck the alignment as you had a concern there was something mechanically causing the alignment issue.
    The vehicle did not return to us till May 13/2024 at 74,092kms (6387km after the previous service), the vehicle returned for a vibration in the rear at highway speeds and also for us to look at the drivers front tire that was still leaking after another shop repaired it. The tech road tested the vehicle and confirmed the vibration, the tech found both rear wheels had a large amount of mud and gravel packed inside the them. Not in the wheel wells as stated in your complaint. We then cleaned the mud and gravel out from inside the rims, and rebalanced the tires at no charge to you. After that the original tech re road tested the vehicle and confirmed the vibration was gone. On the inspection we did find the passenger front outer tie rod end has play and we recommend to replace it, which is covered by the Chrysler service contract. You also asked us to look at the drivers front tire for a leaking concern which had been taken off the vehicle and placed in the rear of the vehicle. The tire was inspected and it was found a repair that was completed by another shop was leaking and was too close to the sidewall of the tire to repair correctly. We could not perform a wheel alignment at this time due to the spare tire being on the drivers front wheel position of the vehicle and play from the passenger front outer tie rod end.
    You contacted us after you had a visual inspection completed on the front tires of the vehicle and provided pictures showing the weights on the rim. The invoice you provided us from another shop only states that there were multiple weights on the rims and does not state if the tire assemblies were tested on a wheel balancer indicating the amount the tire assembly is out of balance. This invoice also states the right front tire is bent, we are not aware of how a tire can be bent.
    The manufacturer only provides a 1 year or 20,000kms warranty on the wheel alignment and tires are covered by each tire manufacturer. There are also certain maintenance items that are the customers responsibility as in regular tire rotations and wheel alignments. We as a dealer have done our best to assist you in repairs and trying to keep your vehicle on the road

    I took my vehicle to Gauthier to purchase 2 fobs. After waiting 2 months they arrived.
    Dale *******, said they were ready, and I paid the invoice of $******. When I tried the fobs one didn't work. I went back in the dealership, and told them one is not working. *** ***** ***** **** ***** ******* * ******* *** ****** ******* **** *** ********** ***** **** **** **** **** ****** *  *******, on Jan 26, 2023 I went back for the other fob.
    It was extremely cold so I had my car heater on . My car was ready at 9 so when I went to leave now my heater isn't working. Again, back into the dealership. Dale and Chris tried to figure things out but couldn't so I had to leave the vehicle. The next morning I called to find out the status of my car. Dale advised the problem was the blower motor and it would cost $******. I told him to have my car ready I'm picking it up. Miraculously when I got there my heater was working. ***** ** **** **** ***** ** **** ** * ********* **** *** **** ******* ** *** ******* *** * **** * ****** ****.     Thank you Cindy for the review. I’m sorry that you had this
    experience with the service department. I agree the tech should’ve made sure
    all the functions where working on the key fob that we programmed for you, It
    was a new key fob from Mopar but unfortunately something was wrong internally
    with that key. I’m happy we were able to perform warranty on that key for you.
    In regards to the blower motor when we checked it in the drive-thru after you
    returned we had a couple codes in the system for the blower motor which we
    showed you. After checking the fuses and doing a hard reset it was still not
    working for us, so unfortunately we had to get it into the shop. The tech found
    the blower motor had power and ground to it but it wasn’t working but once we
    tapped the blower motor it started to work. When you and the service advisor
    spoke he let you know that the blower motor is now working but there’s a chance
    it might stop working again. The estimate was provided to you and the repair
    was declined. The repair order that we provided to you on pick up shows the
    blower motor was working after we tapped on it.
