    This company keeps calling me and they have the wrong number. *** **** ********** **** ****** ******* ******* ********* ***** ** ********** ******** ****** **** **** ** ******* I've asked them to stop calling, remove me but nothing but hostile swearing and abuse in return.

    horrible.
    I've received a collections notice for a bill that was already cleared up and the equipment was returned... they still tell me I owe them.
    After contacting Mary and emailing her all my documentation- 4 weeks later and she STILL hasn't given the documentation the client.
    This **** ** **** needs to be given immediate attention as it affects your credit rating
    I shouldn't be the one tracking this down

    Don't know who these guys are but they did 3 hits to my ***** ***** credit report, 3 different account numbers but I don't have anything going to collections and I have never received any phone calls. Has to be a mistake on their part ** **** *** ****** ** **** ******

    CCA does not decide what to report to the credit bureau. The decision to report a debt to the credit bureau rests with the original creditor and is pursuant to the contract or credit agreement they have with the consumer. CCA ensures that credit reporting is updated with any payment or settlement of an account.     I was sent a letter that required an urgent response within six days of when it was sent and it arrived after seven days. When contacting them they refused to speak to me at all. The debt is in my parents name and I am their legal representative. The letter claimed the debt pertains to medical services rendered, but this is the first notice that we have received of any such debts in those amounts. ********** ***** **** ***** *** ***** **** ****** ******* **** ************ ************* *********

    **** ****** ******* ****, CCA keeps calling me saying I owe money and then asking me to verify my address to confirm I am really me. *** ***** ***** ** **** *** ** ****** ****** * ****** ** **** ******** *********** ** ** ******* ****** ** ***** ** ******* ***** ******** ***** *** ** * ****** ******** ********. Besides which my address and phone number have probably been compromised a thousand times by hacked websites I originally trusted. I was willing to give my postal code, but that wasn't enough for them. * ********** ******** *** ******* **** ** ********** ***** ** ****** ** ***** *** ****** **** ***** *** * ******* *********** *** ******* ******. *** *** * ***** **** ** * ********** *****.
    When I returned the call, CCA should have been able to see my phone number on their call display to confirm my identity. I have not received any communication from a creditor saying I owe money; and have checked my credit rating and my creditors' bills and do not see any issues. I have not received any mail (regular mail, not email which is also filled with fraudulent requests) nor had any communication from a creditor saying I owe money. When I asked if they could give me the creditor's name to help me clear up this matter, CCA refused.
    CCA keeps calling me when I am driving and I am not discussing this while driving.

    Made payment arrangements with Patricia for *** a month to pay off old ******* bill which she gladly accepted. I’ve been faithfully making my payments and calling her with the reference number each time. Today I get a notification from my credit bureau that my score dropped 81 points due to her now reporting this to the credit bureau! I’ve been working very hard to get my score higher and was 2 points away from a “good score” that’s now been squashed due to her doing this. Not once in any conversation I had with her did she say she would report, ********** to the credit bureau. She made it seem by her words that if I agree to a payment arrangement that would not happen. I call her today and she blankly said well if you have a debt it should be reported so I asked why she made arrangements with me but still reported it when it was relayed to me it would not be. Now any chance I had of getting a substantial loan to pay off that **** is out the window due to her reporting this. *** ****** ****** *** **** ruined my last year of getting my score up after our arrangement was made.

    CCA does not make decisions about what to report to the credit bureau. We are instructed by the creditor to report accounts that are past due. Upon receiving a new account, we send the consumer a letter that advises them that the account is past due and may be reported to the credit bureau if it is not paid in full. We allow consumers to make monthly payments if that is all they can afford however making small payments on a delinquent account does not prevent credit bureau reporting. I invite this consumer to contact me directly to discuss options to resolve the account in full to help with their credit rating.

    Commercial Credit Adjusters have called us numerous times for a debt that is not ours and refuses to acknowledge what we say or have the curtesy to check the accuracy of the debt. They have terrible customer service, speak rudely to you for no reason, and when they don't want to talk to you anymore, they simply hang up. If you call back, they hang up on you again. They will probe you for information over and over again, saying they can't speak to you unless you give them your address and other personal information. Didn’t make any sense and information was not correct, got really sketched out and hanged up. Second it was another lady who was speaking gibberish. *** *** **** **** ***** *** *****

    I **** receive numerous calls from this company without ever receiving any written communication or reasonable attempt to verify if I am in fact the person who they are trying to pursue for an unpaid debt.
    I am not the person they seek, I do not owe any delinquent debts, I do not have the same name as the person they seek and do not shelter the person they seek.
    Also the person they seek was the subject of calls to me at my number 4 years ago by another agency and ********* Commercial Credit has bought a file and has made absolutely no attempt to verify veracity of information contained in the file.
    They have just started calling.
    ***** *** *** *** ******* ** * *********** ******.
    I am not a recluse, my name address and phone number are listed in the phone book and a simple reverse look-up in 411 would show no correlation to the person they seek ** ***** *** *** ******* ** * ********* ********* ****** ******** ********** ******* **** ***** ** **** ********* *** ****** ** ******
