    The technician (Gurinder) phoned and arrived when he said he would be here. He checked all the furnace details thoroughly, and spent a long time vacuuming -- including each of the blower fan blades (which I have never seen anyone do before). He ran a full cycle at a slightly higher temperature than my setting, and checked the thermostat to see that it was working right. Altogether he spent close to an hour, ** * ***** ** ****** *** ***** *** *** excellent job he did.

    We have been using Red River Furnace & Duct Cleaning for a few years now and have requested difference services from them, including furnace maintenance, A/C maintenance and duct cleaning. Our last experience was also great. We had set a time for service, received a call about 20 minutes before the technician arrived and received professional service from their technician Gerry. The service was professionally executed, everything checked out well and only a minor little repair was done to the unit. Very refreshing to see such exceptional service, which is becoming very rare these days. We will be working with them again. *** ** * **** *** ****

    *** ***** ******* *** **** ******** ** * ********** ******* *** *** I asked the company if they could fix the Rinani Tankless water heater. They sent an individual who knew nothing about the product and did not have even proper screw driver to use. The ** ****** technician spent time on removing the cover and putting it back on again and again. Blow the dust with vacuum. He had no idea but the error code was about. The ** ****** technician put the cover last time and put three different type of screws out of four. He took my tools as well I gave him to use. Heater was not fixed. When tried to visit the business the ** ****** manager refused to talk face to face. ** **** **** **** ****** *** ***** ** ** ******** ** *** ***** *******. ******* ***** **** ***** ****** *** **********. They are now demanding ****** dollars advance to check it again. ** ** * ***** *** *****. They charged ****** dollars for nothing.

    Hi Kalwant,
    We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. The technician you had in your home was one of our licensed HVAC/Gas Fitter technicians with several years of experience in a multitude of HVAC units. Onsite, you mentioned that you had another company perform maintenance on the unit before hiring our company, however, our technician found that the unit was quite dirty and spent 3 hours performing the proper maintenance on the unit. It’s very rare that our technicians need to borrow tools from our clients as we do supply them with a variety of tools to perform each job. That said, it does happen sometimes and I’m sorry he had to ask to borrow a screwdriver from you, though the screwdriver was returned upon completing the service. After the maintenance, he was able to get the unit working but noted on your invoice that, if the problem persisted, further diagnostics would be needed. When the unit was having issues again a couple days later and you reached out to us, we mentioned we would send our HVAC Supervisor to run further diagnostics on the unit and not charge you for a Service Fee, rather only the time spent onsite, and we would rebate that towards the price of fixing or replacing the unit, but you declined. We don’t typically provide repair quotes without running diagnostics onsite as we want to avoid quoting for/replacing the wrong piece of equipment, however, we understood that you were trying to keep costs down so we made an exception and gave you a quote to repair the unit based on the error code the unit was showing, and an option to replace the unit altogether, which we do require a deposit for at the time of booking. Both options were declined as you were upset that we could not rebate the cost of the first visit towards either of these options.
    Again, we are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service or our efforts to help solve the issues you were having. Our office is not opened to the public for security reasons, but we do welcome clients to visit us if they want to speak to our staff in person. Unfortunately, because you had a very aggressive conversation with one of our managers prior to your visit, during which you threatened to stop our staff’s workflow, we were not able to allow you access to our office. Of course, you are always welcome to call our concern line and talk with any of our managers, we will always do our best to help you in any way we can. Despite these unfortunate events, we want you to know that we greatly value you as a client and truly regret that our relationship has been tarnished after 8 years of repeated service with you. As a further token of our apology, we have added a $** credit onto your file which will never expire and can be used towards any of our services, we hope for the opportunity to earn your business back.

    I am very pleased with the service provided. The young technicians were professional, kind and quick about their duties. They explained everything they were doing, showed me the before and after pics. They put back anything they moved, picked up all the used tape.
