  We have a raised bungalow (bi-level) house and had 2 companies come out and provide quotes on our foundation repair. Neither one gave us the warm fuzzies. Then (thank goodness) we called Seal-Rite and Dave ****** knew instantly what our problem was and how to fix it, what a relief! The job involved excavating the side of our house, replacing weeping tiles and adding a French drain. His quote was a bit higher but it also included the esthetic final granite touches we were looking for. There were a couple of different crews working on the job and all the guys were professional, personable, efficient and respectful of our property. Levi and Dawson made a point of explaining the steps as they proceeded and occasionally had us go out to review the progress. They were a pleasure to have around and everything was completed in very timely and satisfactory manner. The office staff were equally attentive and promptly answered any of our emails or phone calls.   I got a quote in May of this year, and I called them to accept their quote in June and they scheduled me for September27th. That day came and went with nobody calling, texting or emailing, let alone showing up. I called them multiple times, I have emailed and even texted Houston the person who came and gave the quote, nobody ever called me back. The phone just rings and rings, this was an almost **** dollar job, it was a huge thing for me *** ** ********** ***** ******* ** ****.
  I finally got an email back, they responded by saying they thought I had already gotten a quote. ? Yes, I had scheduled the appointment!! Nobody has ever called me, it is so unprofessional. * **** ****** ** ********* * **** ***** ********** * ***** ** *** **** * ******** ***** * *** ** ** ** *** ******* ** **** ** ********* ******** ** *********. * ** **** ***** **** * *** *** **** **** *** ****** ******* ** **** *** ** ***** *** **** ******* ** **** **** *****  I have never left a nasty message, they have all been cordial and nice and I was very disappointed not to get the work done.

  I have reviewed the review from Ms. *********. We reached out to Ms. ********* October 4th to advise that we are quite behind schedule. Her repair is ready to go for the latter part of next week and emails go out Monday to advise homeowners that we are available to complete the work quoted should they decide to proceed in the winter months.
  If Ms. ********* would still like this work completed this will be rescheduled for next Thursday, the 16th.
  Unforutnately, we are a weather based business and at this time of year we rely heavily on weather conditions for the safety of our employees.

  Unlike the other companies I contacted Seal-Rite was prompt to respond. They answered all of my questions, performed complete and thorough inspections, and provided the foundation report my insurance company requested.   We had significant foundation repair work and drainage enhancement done on our house in October and November, 2022. We are very satisfied with the advice we received, the work done and how it was done.   We have nothing but good things to say about Seal-Rite.
  Dave is so knowledgeable, honest, explains absolutely everything that’s going to be done and because of that makes things feel a little less stressful.
  Jordana in the office is great! She gets back to you right away with any questions you might have.
  The crew are skilled, work quickly and leave the site looking like they were never there.

  Thank you Seal-Rite! We had a major foundation repair that required steel beams on the inside of our basement and water proofing from the outside. The work was completed as quoted and in a timely manner. We were very impressed with the worker's respect for our property. When the job was completed our yard was left clean with no evidence that many many many wheel barrel loads had run over it. Amazing! ** ****** ********* ********* *** **** ********** ****** ******

  Seal-Rite was the only company that responded to my inquiry this past spring. Houston came out to assess the situation and determine what was needed to correct the water seeping into my basement. Thankfully Seal-Rite was able to complete my foundation repairs this year. The workers were very tidy, both while doing the work and when cleaning up afterwards.
  Following heavy rain a month later, Houston and Dave came out again to determine the cause for some water still seeping in. Dave provided me with a detailed explanation of what was likely happening and what would be done to rectify things, as some additional work was then performed on the exterior of my house.
  Again I was getting moisture in my basement and again Dave came out to assess. This time it was determined to be a plumbing problem, unrelated to my foundation issues. Even though this was no longer a Seal-Rite “issue”, Dave continued to go above and beyond, working together with my plumber and me to come to a resolution. He then followed up with me afterwards.
  Seal-Rite was recommended to me *** *** *** ** **** * **** ** ************ **** ** ******* Great people to work with from start to finish and even after that too, as needed! 5 stars !!

  Purchased a house that a less then a month before the purchase they were called to repair couple of leaks, a week after my purchase water was coming in from a crack 4 feet from the crack they repaired.
  They missed that crack as prof their repair as they were call to repair a leak and not a specific crack and the inside wall was exposed and the crack visible ** ** *** ******* **** ******* When contacting them for warranty they dismissed the claim on the reason that it was not part of a repair so it's not under warranty but clearly they didn't do their job properly.
  * ***** **** ** **** *** ** ******* ** *********** *** **** ******* ** *** ** ** ***** *******.
  And after multiple times that I requested for someone to come to provide a quote no one came as I need a quote to charge the previous owners as the disclosed that their is a leak in that wall and it will be repaired but wasn't done correctly.

  *************************** Dave is great, explained everything. The crews were great answered any questions and worked like machines. Once the job was complete they left the area cleaner than when they started. If required in the future will definitely phone Seal Rite.
