      I'm completely dissatisfied with the products I purchased and shocked by the lack of after sales support. I purchased 2 sofas, 3 bar stools and an outdoor patio set and spent nearly $6000. The sales manager promised everything would be assembled upon delivery which I spent $150 for, but when the items arrived the delivery guys would not assemble the patio furniture. The bar stools have permanent impressions in the material after being sat in once. The sofas have loose fabric around the legs. The cushions from the patio set have loose threading and frayed fabric around the edges. Every single item I purchased arrived with a manufacturing deficiency! I was pressured into purchasing the extended warranty (an additional $310) which I didn't initially want and now I'm getting the run-around from Ashley's trying to get things fixed. The sales manager told me that even if I took a knife and made a small cut in the fabric, Ashley's would replace the entire sofa for me, expressing that's how good their extended warranty is. That's his sales tactic?! I made the purchase on May 28 and it's now July 16; I have not used the patio set so that Ashely's can see what I received in the condition I received it in. Summer will be over before I can even use it. The sales and store managers have not replied to my emails. Ashley Care sent someone to fix the sofas, but when he arrived he had no knowledge of the stools or patio cushions. He took pictures of the defects and said he would report them internally. Ashley Care called me again days later and they have no knowledge of these issues and did not receive the pictures. Now I'm waiting for yet another phone call from Ashley's. This is absolutely unacceptable. Ashley's has completely lost my trust as a consumer and I will never shop there again - they do not stand by their craftsmanship or honour their commitments. I've shared my experience with many others and will continue to do so.

      It's been a month since I posted that complaint, and there has been no further movement on resolution options. I made my purchase 3 months ago. No updates from the store manager and no calls from the Ashley Care team. They've diverted me to text in pictures to a virtual assistant that promised a response within 48 hours, yet it's been over a week. I continuously try to connect during business hours, the virtual assistant says it's transferring me to a live agent - still no response.

      This is completely unacceptable. I am shocked by the lack of commitment and support from this company.

      Thank you for the reply, our records indicate you accepted a Price Adjustment to keep the unit AS IS, and the refund was applied back to your **** card on 08/08/2022. The matter would be considered resolved at this time.

      Thanks for your reply. That's correct, a price adjust was made for the patio set, and was greatly appreciated. I had to follow up several times, but it was finally honoured. And a technician was sent to fix the sofas, also greatly appreciated. I still have not received any communication regarding the bar stools. If all issues were reported within 24 hours of receiving the products, why were they not all addressed at the same time? There has been a consistent disconnect with various departments in this company, as information only seems to be shared in fragmented parts. When the technician came to address the sofas, he took pictures of the stools and said he shared them internally. The Ashley Care team was not privy to this. The sales manager did not reply to my email. The store manager did not return take or return phone calls. She and Ashley Care refused to escalate to the district manager. Then Ashley Care directs me to a virtual online assistant to text in pictures of the stools, and said I would receive a reply within 48 hours which did not happen. I tried that several times and I'm still in the dark. I would have have to disagree that the matter has been resolved and would like know when I will receive a solution for the stools.

      Terrible customer service and , furniture came with some damage on them and they refused to replace it and keep ******* me around, attempted to call them several times but unfortunately nothing get done so far. If they don't replace my products will take them to court for small claim
