Ali our Salesman was extremely helpful and very friendly. Management as well were exceptionally easy to deal with. Overall very pleased with everything. Five stars because they earned it!

Found the perfect Glider Rocker for my Son & D-in-Law for new family addition! Chair will be perfect as an addition to their sectional which they also bought from Ashley fall if 2021. Big Dave is the guy to talk to - he’s great ! I also bought living room furniture from his 2 years ago! Good selection & quality!

Awful company to deal with. I ordered a coffee table after doing lots of research. The coffee table was delivered and I kept it unopened for a couple weeks, due to renovations in my home. When opened, it was not the colour that was shown on the website. I requested a return, and was told the return policy was 48 hours! How is this possible!? The agents I spoke to did not care at all, and I am left with this expensive product that is not as shown. When it was finally put together, there were a few pieces that had pre-made holes in wrong spots, so we were unable to use them. I reached out by text, because that is their idea of customer service, and was informed that I will get replacement pieces. It has been 24 days and I have not received any information about where the parts are. I reached out today, and was told that my case will be escalated. Great on the phone and in person customer service. Not too pushy and didn’t follow us around the whole time we were there. Lots of info about our order and willing to let us return it for full store credit if we don’t like it.Ashley Furniture HomeStore

I purchased a vacation home and needed furniture for the entire house. I was very lucky to be greeted by Vynny about two months ago and since then, Vynny helped me to pick up furniture for the entire house through my numerous trips to the store. Even when I had to return an item due to size, he didn't mind it at all. In the end, I purchased 3 bedroom furniture, living room and dining room, all with the help of Vynny and with great prices.
