      I have been a Dufresne customer for over 40 years and I have had no issues with any of my purchases, which would be 75% of the furnishings in my home. Customer care has always been great. My go to furniture store!

      Mehdi is amazing! Found us the perfect chairs to meet our needs (style and comfort)! He also ensured we were able to go home to check the size worked in our new, smaller home. Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He made this a wonderful experience. We have been extremely happy with all our purchases at Dufresne. The selection, prices and service are excellent. We are also very happy with their policy to take a piece of furniture when they do the delivery and donate this. Very important company ethics and environmental concerns. Extremely impressed and will be back for future purchases.

      Went to the Ellice store and was met with Amri who was excellent. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Helped us pick out the material and size for our couch and loveseat. Emailed to let us know of an upcoming promotion to stretch our dollars and save money on our purchase.

      We went in to the store on Ellice on December 4 2024 looking fo a specific dishwasher,had a great experience with the gentelman that came to ask if we needed help showed us exactly what we wanted. We would like to thank Matt for all his help.

      * ******** ******* *** ** ********** **** ******** ** *** ********* **** ******** ********* * *********** After remodeling our dining room, we chose to purchase a table and six seats from Dufresne.
      Six chairs were delivered, one of them damaged. According to what we've been told, the store will supply the new item as soon as possible.
      Unfortunately, the store has delivered the same broken chair three times. Not to mention the TIME I had to MISS WORK in order to await THREE attempts to deliver the same damaged thing.

      My spouse and I have had consistently superior service from the staff at Dufresne Furniture. We are repeat customers who appreciate the efforts of the sales staff to meet our needs. Julian ***** goes above and beyond. We have also recently appreciated the professionalism of Roger ******* as well.
      On one occasion a console table arrived with a damaged door upon delivery and the issue was handled very efficiently and the resolution was well worth the wait!
      We are very pleased with our interactions and purchases from Dufresne.
