Mark conducted our yearly maintenance on our Furnace and AC and he is the ultimate professional.
Very professional, very friendly, and an expert at his job. He went over and above and checked our HRV and helped trace a couple of exhaust lines.
Excellent employee!!! Excellent company!!!

We called Lynne’s for service at 9:30 am and Scott was at our place 2 hours later. Scott was very professional, explained what needed to be done and told us exactly what it would cost. Lynn's Plumbing Heating & Cooling installed a Bryant Cold Climate Heat Pump in June. I wanted to wait until both the air conditioner and heating units were used before providing an interview.
This unit works extremely well.....both cooling and heating. I must thank Josh for taking the time to go over the details and advantages concerning the heat pump. His professionalism, knowledge and honesty are truly appreciated. The techs who installed the unit (wish I could recall their names), were also very professional and obviously skilled in their trade. After the installation was completed, the job site was cleaned up and the techs explained what I needed to know about operating and maintaining the unit.
