Lynn's office staff was prompt in sending knowledgeable and courteous techs. They showed up to do the work as promised. Other companies make **** excuses for not showing up. Experienced A+ customer service when I decided to phone Lynn’s. Was looking for someone who I could trust to come out quick and solve my furnace issue with the continuing dropping cold winter temperatures. I spoke with Monica who was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. She was able to get a technician out to my home within 30 minutes. My Hot water tank started leaking from the bottom. I called Lynn's and spoke with a lady named Janette. She explained the cost of repair vs installation. What I would expect from the technician that was coming. I think I had her on the phone for a while and she was very patient. After the Technicians came out and explained what was going on with my hot water tank. I decided to replace. Sent in a service request via email on Saturday to get our sewer line cleaned and basement sink looked at as water was backing up when we do laundry. Within an hour Dallas replied saying he would send someone out Monday morning. Sure enough Monday morning Lynn’s phoned and said the technician would be out in 30 minutes and 20 minutes later Scott showed up. He did a terrific job. Cleaned both lines, explained what he was doing and was very thorough. What fantastic service. A big Thank You to Dallas and Scott.

I was thoroughly satisfied and happy with JM's professionalism, friendliness, skill, and expertise. He is forthcoming about things that need addressing in my plumbing/water tank and added these notes to my furnace service call bill. JM was also very informative about the furnace explaining its good condition and even let me have a look under all the duct housing to explain the inner workings of the furnace.
All of this is so valued, as this is all brand new to me. I can't thank Lynn's enough for your wonderful service.
I will continue to book all my HVAC service needs with Lynn's for my furnace as well as the spring service of my air conditioner.
I will be calling, in the near future, to make an appt with Lynn's to have someone look at my kitchen plumbing and the water tank drain, as well, based on two things: the fabulous service I have already received from JM, and also that JM saw a concern, that wasn't even what he was there for, and that says a great deal about JM and about Lynn's.
Thank you once again. I'm so very glad I found JM and Lynn's!

We have been extremely pleased with the services that Lynn's Heating, Cooling, Sewer & Drain have provided to us over the past three years. This year we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed, along with a battery back-up sump pump and a toilet installation. Everyone that we dealt with along the way, from Gerrie in the office, to Josh in sales, Allan in the plumbing division and Steven in HVAC were absolutely amazing professionals!! Not to forget Dallas, who popped by to drop off a cover for our new air conditioner......the care and concern you show for your customers goes above and beyond!!!Lynn's Plumbing Heating & Cooling
