Dynasty tore out and completely renovated my walk in shower many years ago. My 7 foot stainless shower hose sprung a leak plus the connector stripped - I contacted Bridget at Dynasty who quickly pulled up my account details. Bridget said the Connector has a lifetime warranty and she had the Connector and hose in stock. When I arrived at Dynasty Marryssa had the items waiting for me plus had various hose lengths for me to consider as well which I hadn’t thought of. Ended up buying an additional perfect shower accessory too which I had been searching for over quite some time. Called in the next day and both Karen and Christa were extremely helpful in answering my questions. Dynasty made it super easy for me to take advantage of the warranty ( saving me money) which of course the big box stores would never do even if I kept and found the years old bill. Many thanks to a terrific crew at Dynasty!

Dynasty Bathrooms Ltd recently renovated my downstairs bathroom and did a fantastic job. This company is professional, efficient and their tradesmen provide a high quality of work. Maryssa listened to my vision and provided design ideas that worked in my space. The staff at Dynasty are very nice people. I dealt with Tina as well and she was great. I ****** ********* **** ******* *** will use them again.

i have just completed my main bathroom renovation. Karen ****** has been professional and knowledgeable from start to finish through this overwhelming process.
She has made a stressful situation a pleasure with her experience and patience.
Through all her research of products, I was able to design a bathroom that is top notch.

We purchased a number of items from Dynasty Bath for our renovation. Nish was very helpful in ensuring we had the correct products while being mindful of our design and budget.
Karen arranged the delivery of our items. She was very friendly and patient when I didn't have the information ready for her when she called.

Great dealing with Karen. We wanted to move from a tub that I was increasing worried about falling in (new in 2016, but not a flat bottom like my older one) to a shower. We also are cognizant of aging issues and wanted the lowest lip shower base possible. Karen knew the exact base we needed and got it ordered. Dynasty have a nice showroom of shower doors and we were able to pick a set out quickly. Then Karen with photos of the rest of our bathroom was able to co-ordinate shower heads and a wand that matched quite well.
Our local plumber (rural) completed the plumbing and a local carpenter did the drywall, but Dynasty installed a ******** surround that looks great!
We hate shopping and Karen at Dynasty made this process quick and painless. Follow up questions we had (and there were lots) karen handled knowledgeably and very promptly.

Amazing customer service! Karen L in a few hours was able to confirm that a warranty issue was covered and rather than making me wait until the part arrived from out-of-province, gave me the same piece I needed that was already in her stock (the hand-held part of the shower got stuck on a horrible mix stray/rain setting) and I was able to have an enjoyable shower the next day.Dynasty Bathrooms Ltd.

Karen, at the Logan location, was wonderful to work with. She was also very accommodating when it came to making adjustments to my choices and gave me confidence in my final selections, since it can feel overwhelming.
