5 starsGreat place to deal with. Karen L was very helpful and accommodating, and Tim (who had to wheel my vanity out to the street due to a transport truck unloading in the dock!) was happy to help!
Dynasty has lots of stock, even to fit my low range budget. You never know what you're going to find in clearance but Karen will tell you!

5 starsI was in touch by phone with Dynasty Bathrooms today and left a voicemail message. Within a few short minutes Karen L. responded with an answer to my query regarding a warranty on a product. She quickly put me in touch with the supplier of the item. Again, within minutes the supplier responded to me by email. I am happy to say that all is resolved and the replacement parts (at no cost) will shortly be sent to me by mail. Thank you Karen. I couldn’t be more impressed with your service.

Karen at Dynasty Bathrooms on Logan was one of the best service reps I have ever encountered! We first dropped into Dynasty to check out what they had on clearance - and were able to find (at an amazing price) all the towel bars we needed for our new lower level bathroom. ( I grew up in the north end and I do love a bargain!) Then, after having frustrating experiences with one of the larger plumbing fixture suppliers in Winnipeg- returned to Karen at Dynasty to see if she could order us the accessories we needed for the new ensuite. She was amazing: we had chosen products from 3 different manufacturers (******* ***** *** ******** ) and she managed to get us quotes and delivery dates in a timely manner. The entire order was filled, with estimated time of arrivals which were pretty close to the actual dates they did arrive. Karen kept us updated and was lovely to deal with, *** * ***** **** ** ********** ************ *** *** ******* **********

I reached out to Dynasty Bathroom to inquire about a product (silicone remover) that we heard about on a local renovation show but it wasn't available in my province. Tina ******** answered my query promptly and confirmed I could order it through them. Karen ****** subsequently handled the logistics of the transaction by submitting a quote and arranging payment and shipping. Every email (about 15 exchanges) was answered in a timely manner, and we had our product, as promised, within a few days. What a breath of fresh air to deal with efficient and pleasant representatives in this day and age. My only regret is that we live in another province and can't benefit from their other services (like bathroom renos)!Dynasty Bathrooms Ltd.
