They ask for very private information such as ID, Address, purchases at my current residency, proof of residency with official documentation so I can change MY account to the country that I HAVE RESIDED IN FOR FOUR YEARS! I am astonished they are legally allowed to ask for such sensitive information and then ask me to trust that they will not do anything with it. Obviously this is due to hacking on their platform that makes me even more reluctant to hand anything over to them! I now have to miss out on the beta for COD as they will not let me use a Canadian number to play the game. Even though I already authenticated with my email!
