    I am disappointed in product. Medical alert is too big and heavy. I called Life Assure and told them that I do not want the product and would appreciate a refund. I was told to mail it back and once my tracking # advises me that it was received by them, I can then call and request a refund.
    The information on Website says you can return to them and I was under the impression from what I read that they would cover the mailing cost to return the unit, by giving me a return merchandise authorization label .
    I felt that their website is misleading and when you call to cancel and return the unit, Life Assure is not so pleasant and helpful.
    I paid $***** to mail it back.

    When I first ordered it, I called the next day because I felt $***** was too expensive for me as a senior on a budget.
    The lady gave me a lower price of $ ****** I thought I would try it.
    Once I received it, I really didn't like it, I found it to be heavy and afraid of all the info that they collect and might be passed on to third parties.
    I am disappointed with Life Assure *** * **** ******* *** *** ********

    We are very disappointed with this company. The initial call was **** ****** *** trying to upsell me without giving me all the details of the devices they send out. They completely mis-spelled names and email address on paper work that accompanied the device. Has to chase the device and was unable to locate it even though it had to be re sent (new device). Sent to my address which was one on file (first one got sent to parent home) not what was requested. Unit wouldn’t hold a charge and couldn’t access the call system.
    Called to cancel the whole order and kept being told how i need to try and make it work. They will troubleshoot. After multiple no thank yous from me they finally gave in and sent me a RMA number. Sent it back and they told me to call when it back in their hands to access my refund.
    Called re refund and they said we hadn’t had it long enough to get a refund. I asked them to submit claim please so we should receive money back as we could never use it at all.

    I made the mistake of calling for information. She quoted me a price of $**, after telling her no that I would have to think about it suddenly the price dropped to $**, when I still said no she now dropped the price to $** and said she would send equipment right away so I wouldn't have to worry about falling, trying to pressure me to sign up. I finally said no and hung up. I have been getting continuous calls from them trying to get me to sign up, now they have new promotions and still try to pressure you as you might not realize you need their product. I have called them at least 7 times to tell them to take me off their lists and quit calling, you think they would have taken the hint when I was not returning their calls. * ** *** ********* **** ********

    Excellent info from reps spoke with Isabela who listened as I was information searching. But did not order at that time. Another rep called the next day who I felt was pressuring me so I hung up. After checking I decided to order the life line which was delivered after the office closed. The start up info was not clear to me but the following day I spoke with Amanda who cleared my inquires and helped me set up the monitor q4

    ******** *** do high pressure sales tactics over the phone to ********** seniors like my mother, * ***** ******* ***** ** *******. After coercing her that it was essential to have this service, they sent out a unit, which she never opened or used, then charged her $** a month for two months. She ordered on Nov 14, did not receive until after Christmas due to postal strike, yet still being charged.     I was conducting research on senior medical alert systems in Canada when I came across Life Assure. I called on November 29th, to obtain information on their medical alert products for my 82 year old mother. I spoke with Victoria who persistently pushed me to purchase the pendant product that was on promotion. I told her I was in no RUSH to purchase and was only gathering information at this time. Since my initial call on Nov. 29th, I have received 2 telephone calls from Victoria, and another from Anisha at Life Assure, but at a different number who also harassed me to purchase the product. I made it very clear to Victoria on Dec. 3rd that I was not interested in their product, but the telephone calls continued! I do not appreciate this form of pressure sales tactics, harassment and line of questioning on "what was stopping me from purchasing their product?" ***** ******* * ***** **** **** **** **** ***** **** ****** ******** ****** *
