First time having a medical alert. Life assure was easy to order and shipped fast. Really easy to use. I'm not a technology person so it was easy for me. This is really easy to use and makes me feel better.

I called Life Assure today to update a contact phone number, and the representative "Jack"was more than helpful. I had a few questions that I didn't know the answer to and Jack took their time and explained everything out to me. I didn't feel rushed at all asking my questions, if anything, I felt more content and reassured after speaking with Jack. Thank you 😊Life Assure
