    This was my third move with Two Small Men. I was fleeing domestic violence, meaning I had certain special needs in this move like making sure where I was moving was never said aloud. Yevhen and Tayson were amazing. They were bright, compassionate points of light in a hard time, and I will always be grateful for their help.

    I was quite disappointed with this moving company, I chose 2 Small Men ******* ** *** ***** ****** ******** Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience, *** * ******* **** ****** ******* *** * **** ********** **** **** ******* ******* The long list of issues I had with my move and after my move was endless. Everything from being late, inefficiency with time spent, not protecting my floors with roll-out mats, not being able to fit all the items in the truck due to inefficient packing, having to move items myself to the truck because the crew wasn't doing it, and not protecting my furniture which caused a lot of damage, to the way I was treated after the move when I made a complaint. A 4 hour move should have only taken 2 hours.
    Cathy the manager at the Winnipeg branch promised me that I would get a 50% refund for the deplorable move. At first, I was satisfied with the “customer service” as they seemed to have rectified the situation well enough. The refund never went through, I have been calling Cathy at the Winnipeg branch for a month and a half now with no reimbursement, nor any information as to what is happening. Each time I call, I am stonewalled, and blown off, and nobody EVER calls back. My calls are screened and are no longer answered, I have asked to speak to a superior, and still silence.
    Essentially, I’ve been ghosted by a well-known company that won’t take responsibility for the terrible service. To quote their mission statement “To take the stress out of moving….we are committed to care, reliability, and safety”, as well as some of their core values that it is “a company you can trust, people care, and no surprises” did not stand up for me at all. I have given them a substantial amount of time and the benefit of the doubt before writing this review to make things right, but since being completely ghosted I have no choice.
    I am sorry that I have nothing good to say about this company based on my experience.

    Smooth and easy scheduling/booking process. Movers were hardworking and great to work with. There were 2 pickup and 2 drop off places and all was accomplished in an orderly, timely fashion.
