    HC, I found the company easy to deal with, nothing convoluted, straight forward when discussing the process of moving and pertinent details. It was easy to book a move out date.
    I must be transparent there was a hiccup in the time for when I was supposed to move out and it took several hours to get a new driver and team assigned due to a problem that came up on the side of the company on the day of my move. I was frantic about getting things done and getting out of the former apartment. The company came through, assembled a new driver and crew with extra helpers to get me moved as quickly as they could on the same day albeit a few hours later than expected. The 6 young men who showed up to move me were friendly, polite, respectful, listened to my concerns and directions and carefully transported my furniture and belongings without any mishaps. I used 2 Small Men with Big Hearts many years prior when they first started up and they treated me with kindness and care then, and I would have to say that they did the same this time round as well. * ***** ****** ********* **** ** ******* 4/5 stars for sure. The price I paid was worth the move. Thank you to all the crew for a job well done!

    This was a partial move of our belongings in order to more effectively stage our house for sale. This is a terrific company. We were able to get a team on fairly short notice ( less than a week). The movers showed up early, were cheerful, accommodating, quick and efficient, yet careful not to damage property or the walls of the house! We are engaging them for our final move next month!

    We are so pleased with the movers very professional , kind and understanding. I feel that the group of three men that facilitated the move should each be commended personally for their hard work and satisfactory experience. We would definitely use this company again as the experience far outweighed our moving expectations.
