    Description of Problem:
    I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the painting services provided by CertaPro Painters. As a company that prides itself on delivering on promises and having pride in the work done, I am disheartened by the lack of follow-through and attention to detail demonstrated in my recent project.

    I engaged CertaPro Painters 3 weeks ago to paint my ceiling, living room, kitchen, and dining room, with the understanding that any necessary repairs would be addressed. Despite assurances from the owner, ***, that everything would be done to my satisfaction, the work completed fell short of expectations.

    Upon closer inspection after the paint had dried, it became evident that numerous areas were left unsatisfactorily finished. There are visible marks due to inadequate sanding on some areas of the ceilings and walls, some paint drips as well. These issues not only detract from the overall appearance but also undermine the trust and confidence I had in CertaPro Painters' commitment to quality workmanship.

    I promptly communicated these concerns via text to *** and provided pictures of the areas requiring attention. While *** assured me via text that these would be addressed and that he would contact me the next day to schedule the repairs. In good faith I paid the invoice and I have yet to receive any follow-up despite my attempts to reach out to him via text and their customer service via email.

    As a conscientious consumer who did thorough research before selecting CertaPro Painters, I trusted in the company's values of delivering on promises and having pride in the work done. However, the lack of accountability and responsiveness displayed in this instance is deeply disappointing and not reflective of these values.

    I urge CertaPro Painters to take responsibility for the substandard workmanship and promptly rectify the deficiencies as promised.

    To whom it may concern,

    Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.  Our last correspondence with **** was April 19th.  Concerns with the photographed areas were brought to our attention  and we committed to addressing them.  We take pride in our work and do our best to make our customers happy.  We are still committed to addressing these deficiencies.

    When finishing the project our painter ****** did a detailed walk through of the painting to ensure **** was happy however these details were missed by both **** and our painter ****** at that time.

    We will reach out to **** early next week to coordinate a time to get this taken care.
