    I am totally disheartened with the extremely poor workmanship of the painters. It has taken many, many exhausting hours to clean up the paint splatters and smears on the floors. The spackling done was completely unacceptable. Some cracks and small holes in the walls were not spackled at all. No switch plates were removed as per contract but simply painted around. A large paint mark was left on the stippled ceiling. because no spackling dust was cleaned up it became ingrained into the paint on the wall. These are just some of the shortcomings of this painting crew. When the painters left, we were told they would return the next day to do any touch ups. "Touch ups" would not have been much help; a total re-do will be necessary in some areas.
    To be fair, the owner of CertaPro apologized and offered several times to come, inspect and remedy the problems. However, we had done hours of cleaning by then and I am not willing to have CertaPro in to do any more work. The owner explained that the painting crew who did the job were not the most experienced on staff.
