We had Petline for two years without one claim ever made. I then called to cancel after finding a better insurance through my Vet. They said it was cancelled and paid to date. I now have received a collection notice for $******* **** * ***** ** ***** *** ****. Even after you cancel they will send you more bills to the point I had to cancel my credit card. **** ** ******* ** * ****** ** *** ****** ******

1 star* ********* ****** ** ****** ** *** ******* they only collect payments & they never provide any service nor pay claims, they built a long list of exceptions based on a preliminary vet report that was inaccurate and demanded expensive tests to revert back the exceptions. Unclear policies, and very arrogant customer service, ********* ** ** ** ** ****** **** ******** *** ****** * **** ******* ** *** ********** ** ******** ****** *** *** ******* ** ******* ********
