    I was told on the phone this business could replace the window and door seals on my camper van. I brought the van there. It took a week to get an estimate. The estimate, given by phone, was $**** and no mention was made of being unable to do any part of the job. When I picked up the van on July 31, 2024, the charge was *******. The door seals and front window seals were not done. A seal was still hanging loose on another window. The work that was done was sloppy and not what I wanted.

    I would like to update to tell you that one of the actions the business claims to have done is reseal the skylight windows but 2 of them are still leaking when it rains

    I would like to set up a time for the client to bring the coach back to our location so the repair can be reviewed and corrected if necessary. I can also have a conversation with Mrs. **** at that time.
