  ******* ** **** ** *** ******* * **** ***** I am sooooooo thankful that I received the name of Down Under Excavation as a recommendation. Anyone looking for this type of service is most likely familiar with the problems of finding a good contractor ****** ** ** **** that will even respond to your calls or emails, let alone making time for you in their busy schedules to do an evaluation of the situation. Sonny made the time! Subsequent to deciding to go with Down Under for the work involved, I was so pleased with his explanations and forbearance in responding to my questions - from someone who had no knowledge of the process.
  The whole crew (sorry, guys - don’t have your names except for Randy and Lois) were pleasant and hard-working, and seemingly did not mind answering some more questions here and there.
  They all were aware of the issues of having to work in an established perennial flowerbed, quickly digging out the plants that I pointed out. Plywood was laid down over the working surrounds, making the clean-up much easier. They even used a power rake to fluff up the grass afterwards.
  The real telling item was that this whole job turned out to be a repair rather than a complete water-line replacement. Sonny took the time throughout to demonstrate the area of the leak and the broken piece of hardware that was replaced.
  I, too, would recommend Down Under Excavation to anyone facing the same situation. Their expertise greatly reduced the stresses involved.

  Through good fortune and referrals, I found Sonny and his crew from Down Under Excavating and could not be any happier. The quality of his workmanship, professionalism, and empathy, makes him and his crew the best in the industry - especially during a time of high stress and uncertainty that comes with a collapsed sewer drain.
  
  With their experience, they also have contacts with other contractors should they need additional work done outside their scope. Even in this situation, they only work with the best - (thanks Dave!).
  
  The only thing I had to do, was contact them to have my sewer line repaired, and some insurance work. Everything that came with the repair (subcontractors, permits, inspections) came in one neat finished product. I even tried to wave them off from doing such a great clean-up job after, but they insisted. Sonny is a very honest man and did his best (and succeeded) to complete the work in a cost-effective fashion, staying around the original quote.
  
  They are experts in their field, and downright good people. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Sonny and his crew.

  Sonny and his crew from Down Under really helped us. I highly recommend this company. The are kind, respectful and professional. They went above and beyond for our needs in service and explanation.
