      We were thinking about changing service providers after we talked to the rep he put my wife's name on the contract but after much discussion we changed our mind we contacted and cancel the installation we even told the technician but my credit score dropped severely and we were shocked that MTS says my wife missed 19 payments this is just wrong and they won't admit it

      ** **** **** ** **** **** ** **** *** * ******* ** *** ******* ***** ** *** ****** ** ***** **** **** *** ******** **** **** ** ** ***** ** *** **** ******** We wanted TV internet and we were told we would have everything we did before with a 4 k receiver and 2 additional receivers for our other tv's .Well got it set up then the first evening we find out the 2 additional receivers are TV ONLY they will not stream netflix, or prime or you tube or ANY third party app. basically 20 year old tech. Phoned them and they will do NOTHING to fix this. My instructions were simple give me 2 more 4 K receivers or come get your ***** Also went to take the garbage out and our garbage can was almost right full of all the junk from other jobs they emptied out of their van. Now I have to get my old provider hooked back up as they took the wire down it.

      I’m a new customer with Bell for three weeks now and I don’t have a good phone connection since the first day, I tried to reset everything on my cell phone and then I tried to fix the issue through the Bell website but nothing works, so I called them and see if they can improve my service. Unfortunately the people that are working with Bell don’t know what to do and the second time I called the guy did something wrong and disconnected my phone completely, so now I’m with no phone or email or text and I cannot even open my apps. I’m in a rural area and I my phone working again but like I said at Bell they don’t know what they are doing ** * ****** **** **** ******* ****** ** ****** **** ******* it’s extremely frustrating. ** ********** ** *** ***** ********* ** *** **** * ******* **** **** ** ** * **** ******* *** **** * ***** *** *** **** ***** *********** *** ************* ********* ** ** **** ***** ***** ********

      About a year ago. Switched my tv, internet and home phone service to Bell MTS. Worse decision I’ve made for service. After numerous phone calls for support, my TV keeps freezing, I can’t record anything.They want me to pay for them to send a technician to fix the problem. I did manage to get them to send one,but the problems continue. I’m switching all my services to another provider. * ***** ********* ******* ** ******* Worse providers I have ever had.

      If there is zero rating then I will rate them zero. Their salesperson who knocks our door every single **** day is super annoying. I already told him that I am not interested but he keeps on coming back like seriously you can’t understand what I am saying? This is ONLY my second bill. I paid my first OCT bill IN FULL $****** bill was due Nov 18, I paid IN FULL Nov 2. Now I receive my SECOND bill that has TWO bills for Nov asking for $*****???????       Probably the worst service I’ve received in my 25 years with bell.
      We asked for a call forwarding feature from our landline to our cell phone.
      It did not work after 6 hours on the phone with 4 teck support people.
      So we had the feature removed.
      Then it messed up the answering service on our phone system.
      If some one called it rang 3 time, and message came on, and said the call can not be completed as dialed.
      So now no one can leave a message on our landline.

      I thought I had successfully finally gotten rid of all MTS in my life in August when I was able to get ****** ***** internet at home. I called to cancel my home internet in August. September rolls by, October rolls by then in November I get a bill for $**** dollars. I call to ask why, that the account had been cancelled months ago and I was told there was no record of it. Well I refuse to see how that's a me problem and if so then why didn't I receive a bill in September or October? I was told the account was never cancelled but not to pay the bill I just got because the remainder of November would be credited on the final bill, so I did nothing. 10 days later I get 4 missed calls from the same number in 2 hours. Call it back, it's MTS wanting this final payment. Again, I don't feel I should pay for service I didn't use and while on the phone I look at my email...no final bill. How am I supposed to pay a bill I haven't even received? I was told they can't send bills because of the postal strike. Nice try but I've received by bill by email for years. How do I pay a bill I don't have? Was told I have to log into my account to check it. *****. It IS NOT my job to log into my account every single day. If you want a bill paid, send it. ****** *** *** **** ***** ****** I as politely as possible explained to them that my business, cell contracts and now my home have all gone away form Bell MTS ******* **** *** **** *********  The service is awful, *** ***** *** ****** **** ** **** **** **** *** ***** ** *** **** ******** ***** ******* you're told something different every time you talk to them
