      So far we have had a great experience with Ecoline windows. They were knowledgeable, went through what we wanted, and when we had concerns they quickly addressed them. We have recommended them too several of our friends already.

      I am extremely happy with choosing Ecoline. From the consultation to the day of installation, the customer service was excellent. Oleg was thorough in explaining what they would be doing and responded quickly to my e-mails. The cost to have everything done was reasonable, and the option for financing really helped. Kiryl and Leon, who did the installation did a great job.I have no complaints about the final product.

      Had an amazing experience all around from start to finish. Very quick appointment with knee of the sales reps came to our house and reviewed the windows we had gave us lots of options after discussing it further we decided to move forward the process was very quick and easy from start to finish they worked with our time frame and did an incredible job. We really appreciated all the hard work and speed at which the project was completed we have had no issues with the new windows and they have been great!

      Window installation sub-standard, no use of barrier and used pressboard instead of wood. Customer service is worse. Deny, deny, deny any culpability - refusing to recognize the rain coming through everything. When they finally 'fixed' the window the fix was an **** business. *** **** **** * *** * ****** ******** ***** **** *** ******* ***** ******** ***** ******** ** ***** ************ **** ***  I have a number of their windows in my home and all of them have some type of issues. I have never experienced any of these issues with the other windows I have in my home which were installed by another company and which have been in place longer than the EcoLine windows. ***** *** **** *******. Product and customer service are terrible. *** **** ****** * ** ****** * *** **** ****** ** ******* * ****** ****** ****** * **** ** ***** *******

      Ecoline Windows company was recommended to us. We contacted Alex, the representative and he response quickly. We got our appointment for free estimate the following day.
