    This company is top-notch. We had them do our new large front door. From Parvis, who comes to the home and helps with decision-making,Lillian who is great with communication and eager to please. The installers lead by Olec we’re incredible. They did the job two hours and were respectful and very tidy. * ****** ********* **** ******* *** ******* *** ******

    Ordered 2 screen doors to be install in December and now 23 of February 2024 ,can't get a straight answer as to when they will be coming to install them. Won't let me talk to the manager and the salesman isn't returning my call

    The Norden Seal staff in the Winnipeg office were Very Helpful to me. I visited a few times and discussed with the staff to get my project correct. Liliia was very pleasant and patient with me considering I had many questions, especially because I was using the Canada Greener Homes Initiative. Shane, the Foreman did a great job along with Tyler and Jamie. I asked Shane questions a few times while he was working and he did NOT get annoyed with me. Something else that impressed me about Shane, he was very good at explaining procedures with his assistants when they asked him a question. To me this proved that they weren't doing the instalations "Any Old Way". They were also very thorough with clean up - Inside and Outside. My sincere Thanks to all the Caring staff at Norden Seal in Winnipeg

    My experience with Norden Seal and regional manager Nazif has been extremely disappointing. Expressing my intention to use the Greener Homes Grant and Loan to pay the cost of the entire project, Nazif assured me of his expertise in dealing with such cases. We agreed on windows and a sliding door with the necessary energy rating for the grant, but he claimed that the two newer fiberglass doors which he highly suggested over metal doors would cost Norden Seal $******* for energy rating numbers. He assured me they'd compensate for the missing grant with a discount, and that I would still receive the full loan without them.
    On the day of the windows/doors installation, they installed the wrong front door, necessitating a return visit. Norden Seal repeatedly demanded full payment for unfinished work and it was contrary to our agreement to wait for the Greener Homes loan to pay the contract. Nazif said if I don't pay right away that Norden Seal would take the money from him. They suggested using their financial institution for a temporary loan, which I reluctantly accepted giving me three month interest free ending in December.
    I've discovered that the Greener Homes loan won't cover doors without energy ratings, leaving me with a $***** expense. Despite Nazif's assurance a month ago that he would find the energy numbers, he's unresponsive, and Norden Seal simply apologizes & are unable to do anything.
    The lack of transparency and failure to fulfill commitments have left me deeply unsatisfied with Norden Seal's service.

    I really enjoyed working with the Norden Seal company. We replaced 6 windows and all interactions with every single person in the company left only positive impressions. Parviz explained everything really well. Lilya assisted every single step and was polite and pleasant. Oleg is a highly professional person who made precise measurements and navigated hos team during the installation. We really like the quality of windows and the service provided!
