    As a retired owner of a renovation company, I know how important it is to pay attention to detail. I'm happy to say I was very impressed with the quality of service provided by Norden Seal Windows.
    Parviz is an excellent Sales Representative and the written quote he gave me was extremely detailed in comparison to the other quotes I received. It clearly outlined what would be provided and how much it would cost. A visit to their showroom confirmed we would be receiving a superior product from a knowledgeable company.
    The installers who replaced our bow window were on time, efficient and tidy.

    Installation was not done proper and now water damage is occurring and the company refuses to take ownership of the problem and state it is done correctly. Large gaps and water continues to come in. When asked to speak to a higher person in charge company refused, even after they were provided photo proof.

    We just had Oleg and his crew from NordenSeal come out and replace all our main floor windows and doors. They also removed one window and replaced it with a door to provide access to our deck.
    They worked quickly and professionally and left our house and yard without any mess. Our drafty 30 year old doors are gone, replaced with beautiful well insulated doors that provide increased light.
    we are very completely satisfied.

    We had 12 windows to install.. some of the basement windows needed customizing. They made themselves available whenever we needed any type of consultation. The customer service was second to none. They took the time to explain each step of the process and never made us feel like we were rushed. Parv, Liliia and Oleg made the job seamless and smooth. We are very satisfied with the final product and the whole process leading up to the day of installation.     Windows are good and how they did it. Could be better if the window was like before, wood and fully covered.
