Horrible real time updates seems like they are running this business into the ground. Estimates of delivery are always off and never on time. Hopefully they can turn there service around

They couldn't have ******* up more, if they had tried. My $10,000 shipment was to be delivered by appointment. I requested a call 2 hours in advance as I live 2 hours from the town I was getting it shipped to ( I live rural ). The parcel was scheduled, by phone, for delivery May 2, 2025. May 1, I get a notice that my parcel will be delivered that day. I call them and tell them no, it's tomorrow. They tell me they will call the office and get it off the truck. 5 hours later I get a notice that my package has been delivered! Fortunately, the place the gave it to kept it safe until I could pick it up the next day. Day and Ross are absolutely, without a doubt, the most unprofessional bunch of ****** I've ever dealt with for deliveries to my business.

Worst service ever. They took over one week to pick up the shipment and then a second week they left it sitting in the local warehouse house on the delivery end before finally delivering it. Customer service called multiple times but know very little about status. Recommend avoiding this company.

Terrible “courier” company. Your shipment just sits in one place for weeks on end. Customer service is poor. They couldn’t provide an update on a Friday at 3pm because it was “the end of the day”. Avoid using this company. They simply don’t care!

Web site was nearly useless, the dates were just random bulls... ****, as well as instructions for receiving my delivery, quite unclear for the receiver, that's me. Avoid this company -plenty of bad reviews and I wish my order had been delivered by anyone else, heck I'd have got it sooner and simpler if I drove to Ontario myself, and that's from NB. I am specifically referring to the website and St. John NB dock. What does "on dock" mean, why is the date it arrived in Fredericton the same day as it was delivered to my house when I received it almost a week later? Why isn't the information on the website more clearly explained. Example date?? what date??? date received?? where it was received did you mean that date? transfer date maybe? is an easy answer, as soon as the code is scanned. they merely have the word date when you track a package ..... today's date, delivery date, date of transfer of load, date processed, date received .. c'mon these are basic things every delivery company seems to manage well except day and ross -the quality of tracking information is not there. zero stars for the runaround, lies and lack of ppl answering sensible polite inquiries, once I did get someone on the phone, the ppl were great and helped, IF you could get someone. Will be very careful about damages by the looks of other reviews.

My experience with this company is very poor. Very disappointed in their customer service as they are not accommodating with delivery to a customer’s door. They say it is policy that they only deliver curb side. They lied to me saying that the supplier needs to pay extra to deliver to the customer’s door. Told me to get the supplier to pay extra for this service. Called the supplier and they said Day and Ross does not have that option to deliver to someone’s door. They were just plain rude, disrespectful, and treat customers like garbage. The supplier said they have a lot of issues with this company and are seeking to drop them.

Ordered a shower kit from rona in Mid November. Was to arrive on Dec. 9th. It's now Dec.16 and the item has been sitting in a trailer in Woodstock. For eleven days. Calls, emails and voicemails do nothing. They are hopeless.

Our supplier had 2 diffferent pallets shipped from Toronto to Nova Scotia on the same day, one with *******, the other, smaller load, with DAY&ROSS.
The ******* shipment came in after 5 days, the DAY&ROSS parcel should have arrived on day 6.
      It didn't.
On day 7 I did inquire with their call center in NB.
They were unable to locate the pallet, can't track were it is after it arrived at their Dartmouth/NS terminal.
Every time I called, they promised "to work on it and call back for updates".
Only the last agent did after I promised to report the case to BBB.
They did not file my calls, they are even not able to tell, which the 2 days are when they serve our area.
      Disorganized? You bet!
