      Disgusted. Package been out for delivery for days. Still sitting in the warehouse. Would never recommend day and Ross . They tell you what you want to hear.

      They damaged 1/3 of our shipment. They also separated out shipment into 2 pieces and delivered the 2nd portion a month late. They lied to us about when the 2nd half would be delivered, repeatedly. They also lied to us about the receiver refusing some of the order. And accepted no liability for any of this. Would highly advise against anybody using this irreputable company.

      The customer service is nice but the people delivering the product were terrible i ordered siding and day and ross delivered it and they were throwing the boxes around being very aggressive I hope I don't find broken pieces when putting it on. I also had a window being delivered by them and they managed to break it in transit. Waited two months for nothing very disappointed in the way they handle peoples products.

      We called Day&Ross on Monday Aug.08 and received a pick-up confirmation #. We have shipped with D&R on our customers account on numerous occasions.
      Today is Aug. 11 and the shipment has still not been picked up.
      We have spoken with customer service (not sure why they call it that) and have been told a host of different excuses as to why this has not happened.
      Our loading dock is tight for a 50' trailer which I have reiterated in the past but may not have mentioned when the request was made. (Should they not ask?) That is the std. excuse used for each of the four (4) times we have contacted customer service.
      A very poor demonstration of service with a company we have not had a problem with in the past.
      If you choose to use Day&Ross, hopefully your pick-up is made when promised, if not, look out, their service is all used up!

      I called day and ross and got a shipment prepared they transferred me to credit card payment i was on hold for nearly one and half hour and no one pick up the phone with a message telling me to be patient I called from my cell phone customer service and complained as usual apologies and he said no one in Queue therefore I will transfer me to credit card payment sure enough after a few rings I was transferred to a voice mail and no one called me back 2 hours after and i send an email to customer care no response I guess they should call it customer that don't care any way now I am looking for another carrier to send my shipment i hope that upper management take control of the situation i will follow up another email the CEO of the company

      They have managed to lose my $1000 outdoor sectional. After waiting 2 days after the expected delivery date, I contacted them to get an update on a new expected delivery and was told it had been picked up and would arrive in a couple of days. A week went by and I tried to contact again, but got no answer. I contacted them again, and was told they would email the terminal to get an update and would have an answer in a couple of days. After checking in 4 days later, I finally got a reply a full 2 days after my email saying that they cannot locate the sectional as it was not scanned into their warehouse. I am now waiting on the seller to run their own trace on this shipment because they have been impossible to communicate with. How does an entire sectional patio set just get lost!?

      This company has lost our skids for the third time so far this year. How do skids magically disappear? They do not seem interested in the least - they claim to do "dock checks" but are not reviewing camera footage to see where all of this missing freight is going. Possibly grounds for a criminal investigation, as it seems this is not something that happens solely to our company. Avoid at all costs.

      Day & Ross are the worst company I have ever dealt with for a shipment.
      Bought an item from Home Depot and the article was being shipped from Calgary to Kelowna.
      An overnight trip at best for most freight companies.
      The article was scanned in Calgary on July 5th and today is the 14th and still no delivery.
      Scanned again on 6th, 7th and finally the 12th in Kelowna.
      Called customer service numerous times and they had no information.
      Called today again (the 14th) and they say delivery will happen Saturday the 16th.
      Would never buy from a company again that uses Day & Ross for shipping.
      I will always ask from now on what freight company a company uses for its deliveries.
      Never use this freight company.

      I've been waiting for my package for way more then the estimated delivery date when I call they put me on hold and make me.wait then tell me.the next day forsure when it doesn't arrive I phone they tell me it's on a truck in a city that isn't the one it I'd to go to now they can't promise me next week either I've never been so pissed off I my life I want my stuff now it's a horrible company don't waste your time
