      If you need them to come out for any reason you will do nothing but chase them. Very aggravating. I've been calling twice a week since February regarding my heat pump and they keep telling me someone will call - THEY NEVER DO. Find a better company who can provide Customer Service before, during and after. No one has a clue there - very dis-jointed and sid-organized. I was dealing with the Saint John location.

      I had a heat pump installed Tuesday by Ryan & Rick. I was really impressed with their work. I definitely would recommend them. They were really great at explaining how the heat pump worked.

      Got my heat pump installed earlier today and what an awesome job. Jason and John were very pleasant and helpful as some things needed to be moved because we decided to install on wall not decided on at initial visit. Their professionalism was top notch which says alot about those you choose to employ. Respectfully and quietly went about the job at hand leaving me to enjoy the product of their labors.       Kris and Aaron installed a heat pump for me and I found they were very professional. They found the best solutions for installing to get the best efficiency and still aesthetically pleasing inside and out.

      Had a heat pump installed yesterday by Kris and Aaron and was so impressed with their professionalism and pleasant personalities. Kris and Aaron worked diligently and left the place spotless. The features of my heat pump were thoroughly explained to me and any questions I had clearly answered. I was also given the peace of mind that if I had any future questions about my heat pump that the office staff at Greenfoot would gladly answer them for me. Thank you!

      We are delighted with the follow-up provided by Greenfoot Energy Solutions Inc. We asked them to return and make some changes to the heat pump pipes outside our house. The follow-up was scheduled in a timely manner and changes were exactly as we requested. During the initial appointment and the follow-up visit the installation team was very knowledgeable and they answered all our questions without hesitation. Hiring Greenfoot Energy Solutions Inc. to install our heat pumps has been a very positive experience and we highly recommend their work.
