    This hotel is in disrepair to the point that I didn’t fee comfortable letting my young son or dogs explore the corners of the room. The carpet always feels wet and the whole hotel smells so strongly of chlorine. We checked in at 4 pm on a Sunday to room 268 which overlooked the pool so there was a constant echo of shouting, we had no outside windows or natural light, the internet didn’t work AT ALL so my husband was unable to access his work emails and I couldn’t order our supper. I returned to the front desk to ask for a room change and, after waiting in line to speak to the one employee working at the desk, was told to stand back and wait until all of the other people behind me were checked in. The housekeeping manager (or she appeared to be the manager) was very abrasive and rude when she was asked by the front desk worker if there was another room available but eventually agreed to assign us to a ground level room but said we would have to come back for the keys. Then we were pressured to leave our first room right away so they could tidy it to reassign it. So I waited with our son, two dogs and all of our luggage in the hallway outside of the new room for almost 30 minutes while my husband waited in line at reception to try to get the keys. When I brought up the my specific complaints to the housekeeping manager, I was told (quite abruptly) that the “internet doesn’t work in half of the rooms” and “if the room is near the pool then you are going to hear the pool”.
    This was our second or third stay here and, despite giving it another chance because of the price, I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I am sorry that I spent my money here at all.

    I booked and received multiple confirmations that I had a room at this hotel for two nights. When I arrived after check-in time they told me my room was not ready and to come back in an hour. When I returned an hour later, they told me they were overbooked and had no room for me. They were several others in this same position - with confirmed reservations and no rooms for the night. They did not apologize, offer any compensation, or help me find other accommodations for the night. I ended up driving 38 km to Sackville in order to have a bed for the night. I cancelled via Expedia, but in order to not pay the cancellation fee ($238) the hotel needs to confirm this situation with Expedia; days later they still have not. Very unhappy with this stressful and unacceptable situation!

    If you are planning to stay here, there is no guarantee that you will successfully check in on time they committed.
    There was no prior communication that the room would not be available on time, and we reached there, I was told by the front desk that it will take 15-20 minutes, you will not get any updates on this from their side. You have to find out by yourself, I did this 3 times and each time they repeat the same line over and over again that "Sorry for that and your room will be available with in next 15-20 min ". After that I also spoke to the hotel manager, and I expressed concern that the room is not available and I’m waiting in parking with my parents and family the manager said that same line, it will be ready within next 15-20 minutes.
    After waiting for 2 hours in the parking area after all dramas I visited the front desk again and this time also there was no change in the situation and heard exactly the same answer as it was 2 hours ago. Then I requested to meet the manager and Manager told me that his hotel is very busy and if it is taking time then there is nothing, he can do about it and they cancelled my booking.
