    Purchased a new washer with warranty on 19 Oct 22.

    Repaired 4 Jan 22 for flooding my home. Today similar situation occurred, washer will fail and not move through the wash cycle.

    Contacted GE as it is still under manufacturer’s warranty and they refuse to replace.

    Asked to speak to a supervisor and the customer service agent refused.

    Price point/model: Over 4000$ café model refrigerator
    Serial number of unit: FT326358

    Problem: after 5+ service calls with external 3rd party repair company « ***** » since July 2022, the fridge’s water dispenser is still not functioning. Repairmen changed the filters, the problem persisted, still no water. We waited on spare parts in back order for over one month. Parts came in, repairman changed the malfunctioning part, water source worked for 1 day and stopped working again. More repairmen from ***** came in after these initial service calls, fixed the problem only to have the water stop working again 2 hours later. This problem is obviously intermittent and there is surely a more serious underlying issue causing the problem. I am not asking for a refund as I am a long time GE appliance supporter, all I ask is for a new operational replacement fridge. I will not uselessly request another service appointment. This was a 4000$+ purchase that needs to be honoured with a high level of service on your behalf. Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement unit.

    Purchased a new washer and dryer from general electric. It has been less then two months and the washer has been making loud noises and general electric has been of no help and extremely rude and blaming us that we didn't read the manual properly. They said they sent out two technicians who said they ran test which they never did and then said it wasn't the washers fault. It's still making the noise and now the company said if we want a third technician we'd have to pay on a brand new machine. I have the name of the office manager in moncton new Brunswick we spoke to only to get no help. The worst customer service and will never buy again from them

    We have dispatched two different repair companies to obtain objective reports about the product, they both agreed that there is not malfunction found nor parts compromised to replace. We regret that the consumer is disappointed with the manufacturer's warranty.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    They did not do any testing while here with the repair technician.the machine is still making a loud noise and the company refuses to help us. And wants us to pay for a third technician when it hasn't even been two months of us
