    Sunbury Towing was engaged by the RCMP to handle the recovery of my sons stolen motorized scooter. In order to get my sons stolen scooter returned, I had to pay $690 out of pocket. The total round trip recovery was 64 km. Their pricing was EXTREMELY unreasonable . Victims of stolen property are left with no other choice other then to pay these ridiculously high costs. Negotiations on price were very unfavorable. Responses received from Sunbury were very untactful. As such I would not recommend anyone use Sunbury towing.

    Mr. Perry Lewis, you already said that we are "gangster" .We are not the people who stole your son's scooter, we are not the person who left your garage's door open like you told us. Invoice: Emergency call start at 300 $ it doesn't matter where is the vehicle Admin fee: 25$, Mileage: 75$, storage of 7 days: we just charged 5 days: 200$ We gave you a rebate of 2 days storage + tax soit that's a saving of 92$ Total of the invoice was 600 $ + tax , as you might know the tax go to the gouvernment You didn't say thank you, You must have a lot of free time to complain... 1- you complained at the RCMP about the invoice price 2-you treated us "gangster" on Google review 3-now you decided to complain again at BBB The best advice we can offer you, is to have proper insurance It's too easy to hide behind your computer/ your phone to complain, we sadly have to cope with people who dont accept to take their responsabilities without complaining like teenagers
