    We took out 1 year old side by side to this guy for warranty work on a head casket. Nine months later, while still claiming to try and get parts, my husband had enough and started placing phones calls and had the parts shipped the next day. When the parts arrived my husband went to see how things were going at the shop and the owner ( ***** ********) claimed that all the parts did not arrive, in the meantime my husband asked where his bike was and ***** said he needed the space and parked it around back of his back garage. When my husband went to take a look, the motor was still exposed and we were having a freak rain fall of 200ml over a two day span. My husband then told ***** to have the bike delivered back to our home where we would find someone else to look after the bike. ***** did deliver the bike but not until the next day, despite the fact that he left it on his flat bed all night in the rain.
    Once we delivered the bike to another shop, it was then determined that not all the part pieces were not in the box with the rest of the items. I went straight to *****'s shop where I'm told they don't have the parts and that they were all with the bike. I spoke to a young guy (****) who claimed they had been trying all morning to get ahold of the place that currently has the bike, to tell them he didn't have the missing parts. I called the shop and they had not heard from *****'s shop at all. When I went back to the shop the owner (*****) was very quick to demand me out of his shop refusing conversation. But to be honest this was because I had already told **** I was filing a ****** ****** because over the last few months while waiting for them to fix the bike, the owner, ***** has explained in detail how he could make the "**** *********" since we seem to be having some much trouble with it. ***** did not like that I knew about this conversation and that I brought it up.
    He is a ***** and very ******, ******** company. I have my conversations recorded.
