    April 3rd 2024 me and my boyfriend put our Nissan truck in the garage and got some parts put on and an oil change done, and the mechanics did not fully tighten the drain plug after the oil change we weren’t aware of this so we kept driving her like normal until about 3 weeks later the plug completely fell out because of all the vibration while driving and our engine seized up and needs to be replaced Nissan will not cover the cost of the engine even tho it’s there fault. They were the last ones to touch it and they didn’t tighten it probably but they are claiming because it’s been 3 weeks it’s not their fault. We have had the worst experience with Nissan right from the beginning but this is utterly ridiculous. Now we are stuck paying for a truck that we can no longer drive and have no help in getting it fixed even tho it isn’t our fault. Nissan is the worst deal ship I have ever seen. So many people have put post on ******** and been through so much trouble and disrespect with this company. I would never recommend anyone to go there!

    If vehicle under warranty they seem to be OK at best. They will **** the daylights out of you for suggesting unnecessary repairs though (if it's your cost). I've been told of worn brakes requiring immediate attention (brakes done only about 8000km before at another service station). I've got front end parts in my house cost me over $500. on line. O'Neill Nissan said my car too dangerous to drive and I must sign a waiver if I choose to drive it.(my vehicle was in for servicing at the time) I did take it and I did not have to sign a waiver. Another service center checked the front end advised absolutely nothing wrong it. I had an engine sensor that caused the engine light to come on. This all happened while in for a non related warranty repair. They said sensor wires chaffed. I got pictures of wire -- not chaffed it was broken and they tried to get me to cover the cost of replacement. All this for a 2019 vehicle. Such a shoddy business !!!!!!!!

    ******** company!! I bought a used 2018 Armada from them. 3 weeks later the A/C stopped working. They refused to fix it under warranty. I was informed by another Nissan dealership the truck should have had the Platinum warranty transferred to me from the previous owner by the dealership. I asked them to take care of this and they have ignored me leaving me to pay cash for the repair and no warranty on anything.
    Worst vehicle experience of my life and worst customer care ever!!
