      I have used Cohens to replace several appliances since ***** closed.
      I have dealt with two locations and the warehouse. The service has been wonderful and the employees more than helpful.
      I also believe in supporting local owners. These are the families who are building our communities and sponsor our events.

      **** ***** cohens is horrible. Not my first issue, but it is my last! Ordered a bed two weeks ago. Suppose to be here now. They didn’t deliver and I had to call to find out it wasn’t coming. They don’t care. Both staff just blame each other. Had to make space for the bed and now I’m on the couch until I can get a bed from a credible furniture store. Hoping cohens goes out of business. It’s what you deserve

      First let me say, we acknowledge that mistakes were made in scheduling Mr. Corbett's delivery. Unfortunately, we couldn't find mutual ground to reschedule the delivery, and any monies paid have been, or are in the process of being refunded.
      We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

      Have dealt with Cohen's for over 30 years. Second time dealing with a warranty issue. Had a defective mattress that the manufacturer agreed to replace through Cohen's. Cohen's replaced the mattress the first time. Mattress failed again.
      Customer service agreed to replace it again. However, this time, since that specific mattress was discontinued, the manager said we'd have to take a more expensive model and we would have to pay the difference. After speaking to customer service again, they said that's their policy, and refuses to allow us to talk to anyone at their head office (besides customer service). After years of loyalty, we're done. Shocked and angered at the lack of respect.

      This customer had a mattress, that upon inspection was found to have a defect. The manufacturer issued a return authorization (RA) at which time the customer was contacted and told they could reselect a new mattress. Cohens obligation, once the RA is received is to give the customer a 100% credit of their original purchase, which we did. Any subsequent price increases on products since the original purchase is beyond our control.
