    Called and got a quote that was quite high. I told him I would call him back and let him know right away. Went with another service and I called him back as promised. I was super friendly he told me I shouldn’t have called him back to let him know because it was a waste of his time. Really surprisingly rude.

    This is not our customer. We asked this caller to not interrupt us with repeated after hours calls. She decided to call us anyway for no practical reason. We explained this was unnecessary, rude and interruptive. We ask anyone calling especially after hours to have a reason for doing so. (This seems like common sense!) To make a public complaint about such a trivial event is malicious to say the least. We find such people ********** and we do not encourage them.

    Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received!
    Called on behalf of my husband who was locked out of our truck at a gas station because our dog was inside the vehicle and locked the door accidentally.
    I was getting into my car and had to repeat myself a couple of times when providing the necessary information. When I was asked where the keys where in the vehicle I said ’”I have no idea” (How would I possibly know where my husband kept the keys if I wasn’t there) After I said that he stated”OK I’m not serving you” and hung up on me.
    I called back as I was quite worried about our dog being locked in the car, when he answered I said “I’m the person you hung up on”, before I could say anything he then proceeded to scream into the phone, “do not call this number ever again, don’t call me”.
    I would never recommend this business, this person was the rudest and most aggressive person I have ever dealt with. I cannot imagine anyone being in an emergency situation and requiring service from this company.

    We refuse to serve people who feel entitled to our service while being rude and obnoxious. If a caller cannot speak nicely to staff we will not serve them or continue conversation with them. We have been refusing such people for 15 years and will continue to do so. After 3 snide comments each time giving the caller opportunity to correct her behaviour we cut this particular caller off. Like most businesses we are not in the business of serving everyone and have certain standards for those that we do serve.

    After 11:00pm at night, locked out of house while waking dog. No purse. Called this company, fellow went through steps of problem, told me charge was $350.00 minimum plus lock if needed to be replaced. Asked me for credit card in advance, told him it was locked in my house and I’d pay him as soon as he let me in. He told me to get a hold of someone who could put down a card. I said it was too late at night, I didn’t want to wake them up. He said “Well, you are waking me up”. I said, yes but I’m going to be paying you over $350 to do it. He hung up on me. Leaving me locked out, in the night.

    We refuse to serve obscene and argumentative callers and to those who do not meet our requirements for payment. This review is not from a customer. This is a caller who we refused service to. The price quote is incorrect and we suspect this caller was drinking from her argumentative and rambling speech and her difficulty in understanding and accepting our requirements which have been in place for around 15 years. The phone call began at 11:14pm on Saturday night Oct 15, 2022 and our technician woke up to answer the call. We are happy to serve polite people who meet our requirements and while we appreciate that our customers are often in frustrating circumstances we refuse to serve those who make us a target of their frustration.

    I am a calm, collected, polite person who didn't ramble, wasn't drunk, and the price quote is exactly what he said. I woke him up because he has a 24-hour service. I am deeply offended by his spurious remarks.
    He clearly has a prepared message for you, based on what I read.
    I suspect that I am not the first person he has been rude too, nor the last. The locksmith I did deal with charged me less than half, was very kind and professional. I recommend you look deeply into his workplace practice as this is clearly a pattern.

    Further, if you think by my original email that I was rambling, it was because I was typing on my phone with my thumbs in the night, in the cold, upset and scared.
    Thanks to that "professional" with the 24 emergency service.
