    We had our driveway, prepped and paved by Empire Paving (Hammond Plains) They said they have a 2 year warranty. A month after the driveway was paved, flowers were growing through, loose gravel and breakage within the driveway. They came added weed eater and a layer of sealant. As soon as the sealing was done, loose gravel was reappearing and falling apart in 48 hrs.

    I reached out to the business ***** (******) and I was advised in August that they would come out and do the repair work. He did not show up many times as arranged.
    I’ve reached out to other businesses for advice and they advised the gravel was not laid properly with the right mixture percent. Empire Paving has messaged me saying they would come and do the repair work, but they have not returned my messages nor have come to the repair.
    It is April and Paving season is coming up soon. I would like someone to help me resolve my concerns and have them follow through on their commitment of paving/repairing the driveway properly as per the contract we committed.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I appreciate that Empire Paving did initiate conversation and respond the day I reached out to the Better Business Bureau.

    I have asked for the business to come out and advise of next steps before the end of seven day period of this Better Business Bureau notification. Unfortunately, they have not come out to advise of next steps or set up a date of action. (I have tried to follow up) As per previous messages, screenshots, they do say they are going to come out and do the repair, but it is a lot of following up for them to come and I’m concerned about the follow through. 
    If they could come out and make a commitment to a time for the repair, this would satisfy my request.

    Hello ****, we did advise you that we will contact you before we head out, the repair will take place within (2) weeks as we need the temperature to warm up a bit more. We will be coming out to advise you on the next steps of repair
