We hired Empire Paving to do our driveway and they did a amazing job, we were a bit spectacle after reading some review but Fares made us feel very comfortable with the shift in business and focus on customer service and quality. Empire is by far the best paving company we hired. We had a total of 3 driveways paved in the past all by different companies, the attention to detail that Empire showed goes along way when the driveway is complete. we are so happy we hired them. Had these guys do.my driveway last year and were supposed to.come back.in spring and oave another small section. I then started to.noticd that most of the driveway was not 3 inches thick as per contract. I can't tell you how many times I have left messages and emails and still no response. As a veteran I am devastated that they can be so.dishonest.

This guy is a con artist. I got a quote from him and it seemed reasonable. I put down a 200 dollar deposit so I could get a date to do my driveway. He said it would be done the following week. He then ghosted me for 2 months either not returning my calls or ignoring my text messages ect. He made promisses to give me my deposit back and come do my driveway stating that his foreman had been in charge as he had been away. Mistakes happen sure but then he starts to advertise another round of discounted pavement work over ********. He tricks people into paying a small deposit for the promise of doing a job and then does not do the work. He will likely fold this business and start up another one and continue to cheat people out of their money.Empire Paving Ltd.

Hey I did tell you that we will be doing your job when we came to your area, which we are due to come pave in your area next week, but we did return you deposit to you as requested correct? Absolutely horrible customer service. Lots of promises and say exactly what they need to to gain some type of trust and then don't follow through with anything. No showed me 3 times, took a deposit and now ignoring my calls, messages and texts. This company will take your deposit and then promise the world, give you dates to complete the work and then NEVER show up !!! DO NOT FALL FOR THE 50% OFF SUMMER SALE !! Worst business ! They should be shut down ! They also remove any negative comments on their ******** page so no other customers can see them. I made a mistake not checking here or ****** reviews before I sent money!!Empire Paving Ltd.

Hi, sorry for the delays and broken promsies, we had major delays on our side which caused broken promise. But every customer we had a issue with is definitely dealt with and your deposit it sent back. Thanks
