On October 20th I transfered ****** ********* $250, $150 for a deposit and $100 towards my trip. When he posted the price of the room I wasn't sure if I could attend so I hesitated sending him anymore money. He then communicated that he incurred a fine and wanted an additional $60, I did not comply. I then received an email saying the plane was full and I couldn't attend. Then another email stating if I gave him another $120 they would find me a way on the plane.

At this point I asked for a credit and he didn't reply. I then asked for a refund and he didn't reply. I have tried calling him, texting him and emailing him, as well as the other party I was receiving communication from. No one responds.

I know he did this to a very large group of people, some were okay with it and others were not. Where I didn't use a credit card I couldn't dispute a charge.

This was for a trip that was supposed to go to Cuba and bring donations for the people. It was 80s themed and I purchased a nonrefundable VIP ticket to all the concerts for $100+fees. I'm not looking to get that back, but would love my $250 back.

All ticket holders are aware that tickets were non refundable.   We also make reservations on behalf of the client.  They are usually with *******,  *** ****** Vacations and *******.   All deposits with those suppliers clearly indicate that deposits are non refundable.   We did cancel her reservation after and charged no other funds.  This was a massive nationwide fundraiser that brought 5,600 lbs of greatly needed donations to Cuba.  It was a great success!

I am rejecting this response because:

I was not made aware that the deposit would be non refundable until after I gave the deposit.  This is poor business and needs to be rectified by the business by either issuing a credit towards another trip or refunding me $250.

We joined a ** group: Caribbean Goes Country - ****** ********* in April 23; initially scheduled solely in Holguin, Cuba. We purchased 2 tickets for the music event which was supposed to be an exclusive private event. A few months later they offered a secondary resort at Grand Memories in Varadero with an upgrade option to Sanctuary at Grand Memories Varadero (adult only). We had been at the Sanctuary resort in 2017 and decided we preferred this option. We contacted ****** and team to inform them we wished to attend the event in Varadero with the upgrade specifically to Sanctuary - we advised we would NOT stay at the Grand Memories end. We had initially said close to the beach and quickly changed the information to ground floor, poolside as I have mobility issues. We were told this would not be an issue as we were the first to ask for both Sanctuary as well as ground floor, poolside accommodations. We provided my credit card information and thought everything was taken care of as we wished. As the anticipated date drew near, we became increasingly concerned as the information we were receiving didn't match what we had earlier received regarding our accommodations. We contacted ****** who again assured us even if our paperwork didn't match, he would make sure we got the accommodations we had requested at Sanctuary, **** ********* from The Agent Next Door did too - ****** is also a consultant here. We did not receive what we were told we would upon arrival. We did not receive the promised accommodations, the free seat selection on our flight as stated, the transport from the airport to the resort resulting in taxi charges, we were also charged an additional fee for those with Sunwing, we were with ******* and have requested via email and phone that it be returned, the "tickets" purchased for music was not exclusive or VIP it was free to the entire resort. Not enough space to further explain & attachments are limited- I do have voice recordings confirming I can send.

We created the first ever Country music festival in Cuba as a way to help children's hospitals,  schools and community projects.   It has been very difficult in Cuba since covid.  We wanted to make a difference.   The event was a huge success in raising 12,500 lbs of creatly needed donations.

Mr ****** was part of a group that departed on February 4th.   The event ticket for the complete event was $100....that's correct.  We had private shows each day in the saloon and we did make some of the other shows public as we lost 140 people due to storm cancelations.

Mr ****** paid our cost for his flight and accommodations.  He paid those fares directly to Air ******* and **** ******* Resorts.  We also book a private transfer for the complete group both to and from the hotel at no extra cost.  I personally was on resort and spoke to the Sanctuary Manager about when the Naugle's to arrange an upgrade.  13 rooms were under renovations due to water damage.  They did not pay for the Sanctuary.   They eventually moved when there was space.

This was the first country music festival in Cuba and not everyone will be happy with their result.  I wish the Naugle's happy travels in their future vacations.   They won't be welcome at our events.

I am rejecting this response because: ****** promised us the Sanctuary Accommodations - we have voice recordings of you stipulating this, and voice recordings of **** stipulating that ****** was handling it.  The recording also include us clarifying and ****** again confirming that we were getting the Sanctuary Accommodations we specifically stated we wanted.  We also told ****** that we did not want to attend and stay at the Grand Memories end of the resort as we did not like it and that Sanctuary was our only option. ****** may have arranged transportation from the airport to the resort, however, not one person that we spoke to at the airport knew anything about it.  We waited for 45 minutes before finally deciding to get a taxi.  Not one other group or passenger aside from our group was left waiting for transportation that long. ****** did provide transport for us leaving the resort returning to the airport.  When we paid the $100 + tax per person for the event passes it was our understanding it was an exclusive event - that did NOT turn out to be the case as it was open to the entire resort free of charge.  What was promised when we purchased our tickets was much more than what we actually received.

****** clearly continues to hide behind the guise of this being a fundraiser attached to our trip.  We understood that, in fact we were only asked to bring 10 lbs of donation each.  We brought 50 lbs of donations each for a total of 100 lbs between the 2 of us.

Yes, the Cuban people have been hit very hard and we totally understand that.  However, that does not mean it gives ****** Woodworth, who we trusted to provide us with the trip he guaranteed us, to lie to us about what we were actually receiving.  There will be no worry in us ever wanting to participate in any of ****** Woodworth's events in the future after this experience.  IN fact, we would not recommend him for anything, he is untrustworthy.

I will require an additional option to share the voice recordings, the above is not accepting that particular file type.

My son and husband were supposed to go away for my son to play ball, through the Caribbean Goodwill Tours. Fly out on April 18, 2020 and back on April 25, 2020.
Due to Covid the trip was canceled.
I started messaging ****** *********, which whom we booked everything for us, on March 13, 2020 regarding our refund.
Since April 7, 2020 every time I messaged in regard to my refund, he came back with ‘working on it’.
I have messaged him on a regular basis since and the same answer.
In January 2022 I had to send him my flight information, which he should of had. Right there told me he hasn’t been doing a thing to get my refund.
A few months ago, he replied and told me he would get my money, just like he got 100’s of others their money back.
This has been going on way too long and something needs to be done about this and how many others does he owe money too.
He booked the flights which in total were $2,000 and the whole trip was $3,212.00. That included sponsor money my son had received towards going to play.
I really hope you can help me with getting my money back.
    Thank you,
    ****** *******
